Good location but a disappointing stay with poor comfort, noise, and room issues.
Pros:

Good hotel location. Easy to reach the main city spots. Breakfast was generous, with a wide selection. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Very noisy hotel. It is right next to a busy street. The pillows were uncomfortable. The bed was very hard. Rest was honestly very poor. There was a specific smell in the room that did not go away, even after airing it out. The socket next to the bed did not work. There was no hairdryer.The room was not very clean. There were cobwebs near the bedside table.

If possible, ask to change rooms if you get room 303.

Cons:

Ho prenotato una Singola De Luxe che di lusso non aveva nulla. Il letto cigolava, il materasso sfondato, nessun prodotto da toilette nel bagno. Inoltre la stanza non è stata sistemata dopo la prima notte, per cui cuscini e sovracoperta sono rimasti su uno sgabello come non è stata pulita/sostituita la tazza utilizzata la sera prima. Assenza di armadio solo 2 stampelle.I cestini non sono stati svuotati.

Ich hatte ein sehr renovierungsbedürftiges Zimmer:
-Alle Möbel, Türen und die Wand waren verschrammt
-Dusche hat viel Schimmel
-Duschvorhang hat schon fast Löcher
-Mülleimer im Bad verrostet?
-Eine von zwei Steckdosen am Bett war kaputt
-Fenster war verschmiert
-Eine der beiden Bettdecken hatte Flecken
-Bettlaken war nicht groß genug für die Matratze
-Auf einem Kissen waren zwei Haarbüschel
-Kippfenster hatte keine gute Schalldämpfung nach außen

Auton sai kätevästi hotellin taakse ja hotelli sijaitsi ihan vanhan kaupungin laidalla. Huone oli tilava.

Suesses Dekor, Zimmer zwar klein, aber völlig ausreichend, bequeme Betten. Super nettes, unkompliziertes Personal. Wir hatten Raeder dabei und konnten diese einfach im Eingangsbereich zur Lobby abstellen.
