Le personnel nous a fait attendre 1 heure la nuit pour check-in même si sur le site et sur place il était écrit réception ouverte 24/24h pour ensuite nous traiter très mal. Plusieurs fois, j'ai montré l'e-mail de confirmation de voyage mais personne ne l'a jamais vérifié sur un serveur sur l'ordinateur ou autre. Ils nous ont dérangés toute la matinée en disant que nous devions payer le petit-déjeuner (que nous avions déjà payé inclus dans le prix sur le site) et ce n'est qu'à la fin qu'ils ont finalement décidé de vérifier. Mauvaise expérience, personnel souvent désagréable et discutable dans l'approche du travail (après avoir souligné qu'à la réception il n'y avait jamais personne ni même un moyen de contacter les responsables, la réceptionniste a apporté un matelas pour y dormir), dans l'ensemble je ne recommande absolument pas.

Customer service mixed up my stay, i checked for two days, but after one night, they checked me out, and i came back for my second night, the tenant was surprised for my second n, my room was occupied and they have to give me an unfit replacement room.

You absolutly need to take the upgrade. its just 5 $ more but twice the size, fridge, Comfortable beds and pillows. Internet is really good if not at end of hallwayt , ask to be near the stairs. For breakfast, don't ! slow and very ordinary. There is a very good resto 60 m before. There is also a large super market with everything you want. ALso at rond point there is farmer's market. The pressure is good, wish they had shower curtains. The pool is well maintain which imply sometime you cant use it for a day as they treat it . The staff is ok. Thick curtains to sleep in. Small corner store/bakery downstair for beer or bread, water, snacks. Theyr also put a projector out for games at nigth. When i come back to Douala, i came back here to rest. when i'm rested i move to center for better restaurant and stores. but it's very comfy there and peaceful. Resevre online if you need a receipt. Or ask rigth away for one if really needed. Dont bother contacting them, they dont have email and phone reply is soso

Challenging to contact this hotel (I was hung up on nearly every time I called). It would be useful if they had an email address so that we could communicate with them via email. The "free airport shuttle" was impossible to arrange and ultimately we were never able to use it, which was disappointing.

Le service n'était pas au top et à quelques exceptions, le personnel n'est pas aimable.

Accueil un peu lent apres reservation en ligne.
Mais après, on finit par etre servi.
Chamber assez comfortable sauf qu'une des chambres avait des toilettes en mauvais états.

Mais en général, le service est fluide et courtois.
Et l'accessibilité à la boulangerie, la proximité au centre ville et marché rend l'hôtel attractif.

Die 2 erste Tage erhöhte Stromschläge in der Dusche , sowas habe ich nie erlebt.

- Zum Frühstück : Ein Omelett, eine taffel Butter, ein Brot und eine Tasse Kaffee
-Schwimmbad ,Stagnierendes Wasser super ungesund.
Also , ich bin in Kamerun geboren, dass heisst, dass ich schon an einiges gewöhnt bin, aber dies hotel wurde ich keinem empfehlen.

Pros: It is a decently clean hotel in a safe part of the city, for a decent price.
- The hot water works most of the time.
- The cleaning staff are polite and helpful.
- Not many mosquitoes.

Cons:
- Staff - One of the main receptionists is VERY rood, especially to white people.

- Customer service you have any problem with your room, do not expect them to fix it very soon, and if they do they will likely treat you like it was your fault.

- Wifi - Room 105 has good wifi most of the time. Many of the other rooms have a little bit of internet signal SOME of the time.

- The AC only works in some of the rooms. I've stayed in four rooms total, and the AC worked in 2 of them.

- Pool - overcrowded and a lot of carousing and making out going on in and around the pool much of the time.

- Rooms - smell quite musty when you first come in.

The desk manager was horrible at 2 am. Very poor service.

Reservation promised hotel shuttle with service from Douala Airport. No such shuttle service available. Had to take 1am taxi ride from airport to hotel. Upon arrival to hotel, desk clerk unable to find reservation and verification that a room for 1 night stay was pre-paid. Reservation made through Orbitz as part of package deal. Despite providing desk clerk with documentation about reservation and pre-paid hotel for 1 night stay, desk clerk refused to provide room "key" (card entry system) for approximately 1 hour after arrival. Eventually, due to 2 other people in our party having similar documented proof, desk clerk took a copy of my paperwork and gave us the rooms.

Questioned our reservation after showing our documentation. Check in time was excessive.
