Loved staying there with family. Highly recommended.

Dirty carpets with lots of dirty spots. Smelly rooms. Even the water in the pool looks not clear. Not only there is no option for food or breakfast, they don't even offer the available coffee to guests. Just a small bar of soap was provided to take shower.

Summit was great place for families

The check in with Debbie was beyond incredible! The room was super clean and the property just beautiful. We have stayed here year and year and it nevers disappoints!

Close to the venue and very nice place

All in all the room serviced our needs but it’s dark inside and could use a paint job and furniture update. We could not operate the TV’s in any of the rooms. Very frustrating. The front door doesn’t latch from inside. Otherwise staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

Disappointed with my suite. Some of the bulbs were burnt out, the shower knob fell off in the tub, stains on the rugs, blinds were broken, tv worked intermittently, cabinets in the kitchen were broken. Not well taken care of at all.

We love the summit resort. The amenities such as the pool, game room, and outdoor space is great. The one negative is the 200.00 hold on our card. I thought that was a bit excessive for one night. However, the property is beautiful, spacious, and offers great amenities.

Stayed in one of the condo spaces. Plenty of space. Some of the furnishings were outdated and worn. It was comfortable and quiet. One room with king bed and access to covered deck. One room with two twin beds. Overall clean but a sort of run down feel. The indoor pool area was great. Small slides, kiddie pool, sauna and hot tub. Nice poolside lounge. Some activities in the game room like ping pong, fooseball, etc. Outdoor activities were just ok. Tennis court and basketball were not well maintained but still useable. Very close to grocery stores and the iconic Weirs Beach area.

Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. It was great for the kids. Located was great too.

Not a lot to do in Laconia after the first day but the unit is nice. Modern appliances, clean, roomy enough for 4 people comfortably, Really nice indoor pool with slides and hot tub. Nice outdoor pool if the weather is warm enough. About an hour drive from Lexington/Concord, Boston, Manchester Airport, 45 minutes to Mount Washington Cog Railway. I would definitely stay in the condo again because it was a nice unit, but we experienced about everything the area has to offer so we probably won't be back. Biker week is mid June, so think Sturgis - 120,000 fun seeking bikers around Weirs Beach area. We just missed it (darn).

Everything was great.

It felt like I was staying at an HOA neighborhood instead of a hotel. Received a binder full or rules and was required to throw out our own trash in the dumpsters. The room was very out of date and the bedding was dirty! The freezer had items left in it from the last people who stayed. The only good thing was how spacious the room was. You have to sign in to use the pool and be ready for it to be rowdy as they have a bar that serves alcohol right there
