Pleasant stay recommended for a short stay near the center.
Pros:

The pool was nice and the room were very clean with pool view, also the staff was very helpful giving us all the information we needed. Also the restaurant for the breakfast was with a view to the pool.

Cons:

I didn't like the breakfast , instead of being very large buffet I didn't like the taste of several parts of it. And we didn't have hair towels in our room.

Exceptional Hospitality & Comfort 💎
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Eleana Hotel and everything exceeded our expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The entire hotel was spotless and very well maintained.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options every morning. We were also pleasantly surprised to find champagne and fresh fruits waiting for us in the room, which made our stay feel even more special and luxurious.

We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ayia Napa! 🌟

nice building but bad staff service, felt like they had not quite opened it up for the season.

Room clean, nice modern hotel, pool, breakfast area great and generally a nice spot to be in.

Cons:

There was no aircon which ment the room what too hot so i had to open balcony but it was very noisey. Teh internet was not strong enough to reach out room. I phoned reception to ask about it and she “ the internet works your wrong” i was not wrong it did not work. She was so ride and dismissive, what i asked about the aircon just explained to me that it was not working and nothing she coudl do. She was just really bad at customer service. Steam room and sauna not working
