Comfortable and well located hotel!
Pros:

Comfortable, clean and well located hotel. Free tea, coffee, fruit and snacks in reception was a nice touch!

No mini fridge in room to keep water/ snacks cool.

good location but overpriced for what it was
Pros:

good location, helpful staff, comfy bed

Cons:

room was very small and smelt quite mouldy, there was also mould in the bathroom. the cupboard really smelt so didn’t want to leave my clothes in there, and the less smelly cupboard didn’t have any hangers. nowhere to hang up towels etc so they never dried. was quite pricey for all of that, and there was no natural light

Pros:

Otelin konumu çok iyi, San Sebastian'da eski şehir bölgesine ulaşım çok kolay. Oda çok rahat ve sessizdi. Lobide kahve makinesi ve atıştırmalıklar olması da hoşuma gitti.

Cons:

Üst katta wi-fi çok iyi çekmiyordu.

Convenient, comfy stay
Pros:

. It is conveniently located to everything. Easy pleasant walk everywhere.
Comfortable bed,good pillows. Excellent water pressure, nice soaps, shampoo, conditioner, gel.
Great lady at the check in!!!! So much great information and just a pleasant person. Thank you

Cons:

Absolutely needed a small fridge in the room( since hotel has no breakfast), good to have some food handy , chilled wine for picnic, etc.
Safe box wouldn’t hurt to keep valuables, passports.
Shower was leaking to the floor. Towels a little tired.

Comfortable, good location.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable with nice bedding, decor and products. The location is great, just a short walk into the old town.

Cons:

It more so feel like a room in a serviced apartment block, than a hotel. There is a small communal space with tea and coffee, a reception but we didn’t meet anyone who worked there. This is not necessarily a bad thing though. The room was cleaned and tidied everyday like a hotel service still. I think this is typical in San Sebastián too.
