Pros:

The staff were amazing, especially the lady working the lobby bar. She was exceptional ! Went over and beyond to make everyone feel like they were hanging out in the comfort of their own living room. The individual care she took with each guest was extraordinary. Please let her know :-)

A grand stay for a short stay.
Pros:

It was a quick overnight stay, and closely fit my need for the trip

I got in late and there was nothing open around it. I guess that’s the trade off with it being near the airport

very good, Convenient good dog walk area

great bed and clean room
nice and efficient staff

Cons:

when the shuttle came he didn't have room for my kennel so had to wait for him to finish and return and I was so EX-HAUSTED. Never tried to shuffle luggage. I was so sad.

If you need a hotel close to LAX it was perfect
Pros:

Close to airport, with free shuttle bus . Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel close to supermarket and restaurants. The hotel had a nice feel to it.

not up to my expected Aloft standards.. usually stay at the Gainesville FL one.
Pros:

bed was comfortable and my room was nice and quiet.

Cons:

the hotel is outdated and old feeling. my room smelled musty. things are in need of a freshening up.. no C-charger ports in room, for example.
