Like home away from home ~ would highly recommend
Pros:

Loved the upper loft and having full bathrooms up and downstairs! Bonus was that the outdoor hot tub was open ~ so relaxing especially with the gentle rain.

Cons:

Found the beds a bit firm but that is just personal preference.

We liked the Castle!
Pros:

The one bedroom unit was more spacious than expected and very clean. Staff were helpful. We found the bed to be comfortable and the large kitchen was well equipped. We made use of the shared hot tub. We used the Castle as a ski base and enjoyed driving up to the mountain on back roads. Although Swan Lake is a short distance from Vernon, there is a supermarket across the highway.

Cons:

The heat pump was an older model and wasn’t very quiet, so we turned it off when we slept as the February temperatures were mild. We could hear the family in the unit above us (not very soundproof), but that was only one night; it was quiet during the week.It would be nice if the TV was set up for streaming.

Cons:

The tv in the room was the size of a postage stamp. Unbelievable for a great hotel.

Welcoming, Cozy, Beautiful views, truly wholesome stay!
Pros:

Can not get over the size of the ''room'' it was more like a whole apartment - truly stunning, the bay window with the view over the lake massively exceed expectation.

Very spacious but cosy space, i have stayed here twice and have no complaints at all!

Easy/friendly check in, quick and simple.

Could not ask for me from the members of staff at The Castle at Swan Lake.

Cons:

There is nothing i did not like about the stay, welcoming staff, clean room. beautiful views.

No complaints at all.

Will definitely stay again!

Great place with a great view!
Pros:

The location was great with a great view. The bed was good and the kitchen with stove, oven and fridge was nice to have.

Cons:

I think the bedroom area could benefit from some blackout curtains and the lights by the door are quite bright a the blinds only do so much. Maybe some more accessible plugs near the side tables would be nice (not having to reach behind the side tables.

Pros:

It was close to Silverstar ski resort

Cons:

Parking was a nightmare and it was not convenient at all offloading your vehicle to the-room. There was no cooking supplies in the unit. We had to purchase our own stuff from Walmart.

Nice large room; close to SilverStar; clean

Cons:

No water pressure + shower tap handle very stiff, hard to adjust. Water tasted terrible - high chemical smell and taste. We used only bottled water. Kitchen was not stocked - missing tongs and oven proof dishes; no dish rack. Housekeeping did not provide dish cloth or tea towel. Long term residents on site and the resident above our room was very noisy every morning at 6:00 am. Location is noisy (highway noise) so thankfully we got a room at the back. Weird set up with the pool/hot tub. No walkway from your back door .. overall a very weird property
