Incredible place to stay
A touch awkward getting luggage to the room
The very spacious suite was great, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets, duvet and pillows were clean and good quality. The attendant in the lobby, Carra-Dee, I am hoping that I got her name correct....she was very attentive, bringing towels to the pool when there was none left for us to use during our 8pm swim and hot tub, and the very nice thick robs to use when leaving the pool and back to our room. :) and supplying bag of ice for drinks.
The pool was cloudy, not very clear at all, could not see the bottom. There was mention of a pump issue on the days prior and it had recently been refilled, However , I personally have a pool and it needed to be treated and re-balanced to clear Properly for guests to safely use
We did not go into the pool for this reason...the hot tub was okay, but there was a layer on the entry steps that made it very slippery, this also should have been cleaner for guests to safely use...I actually slipped and almost got seriously hurt. Good thing I was using both side rails and was able to rely on my upper body strength and saved myself as my feet went right out from under length me!
Pool and hot tub maintenance is very important to me as I am sure it is to you and this otherwise great mini staycation spot in the interior of BC.
The room was very spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Really liked the well appointed kitchen. Very nice to have full size appliances. The kitchen area had everything that was needed . The view from the room was spectacular.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
The restaurant was closed for the first two days of our visit and only open for dinner when it was open. This was not indicated on the web site. Parking was always at a premium. The pool was closed the first day we arrived and when it did open, the water was very cloudy.
The room was very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We really appreciated the wooden flooring, dishwasher in the kitchen, and the outside heated swimming pool and patio furniture. The staff was very customer oriented and quick to provide assistance.
The kitchen was missing a dish drying rack. It was uncomfortable washing a few dishes by hand and not being able to place them anywhere aside from onto the kitchen counter.
It would have been great to be able to use the outdoor swimming pool a bit earlier than 9 AM. And at 9 AM the pool should be ready to be used and not maintained as of the same time. That was a bit annoying.
It was very big and spacious, nice and clean, comfortable beds. Good sound proofing, could barely hear the highway. Just all around great place. If I didn't have a few challenges with my wheelchair bound husband I would have given it a five star review.
My husband was in a wheelchair and it was a little challenging. I gave the front desk some ideas on how they could make it a little easier for someone in a wheelchair, they were so kind and courteous and wrote down my suggestions.
Heel aardig personeel. De executive suite is een open ruimte. Geen deur voor slaapkamer boven en beneden is het ook allemaal open. Was mij niet helemaal duidelijk uit de informatie. Had echt gevraagd om een 2 slaapkamer appartement.
Voor ons een reden om te annuleren toen we ter plaatse waren.
Zij waren wel heel coulant om ons 2 van de 3 nachten te restitueren. Dit zeer op prijs gesteld.

It was comfortable, clean and roomy. I liked the layout of the room which was more like a suite. The bed was very good.

Parking was a little difficult. Tight spaces.
Nice location just outside of Vernon. Perfect place to stop off for a night on our road trip. The rooms are clean and very large, we even had room to keep our e-bikes in the room with us.

Very near the busy highway. Noisy when you were on the balcony. But not when you were in the room with door closed.

The rooms here are MASSIVE! We booked the cheapest room and was expecting a small room with a queen bed but we got an entire apartment. When we checked out and commented about how big it had been, the receptionist let us know that we had actually stayed in the smallest room they have available. The restaurant on property is also fabulous and extremely delicious!
