Nothing was unique about this bland tired hotel.
I wouldn’t stay here again it’s a budget hotel only

put me on 3rd floor with no elevator. Made me wait 1.5 hours until check in time

For the price you couldn’t ask for any more except there were no towels in bathroom. Room was clean and usual tv and tea making facilities were there.

The room cleaning service is very good. It's located on the river so there's a nice walk along the river. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was good. The hotel has a relaxing restaurant with very friendly staff, though the menu is limited. Check out was a little slow with some minor communication issues. All bills were settled correctly.

Room was fine

I stayed in an apartment for 6 days. Price was great. Hotel was ok, with all required kitchen facilities, appliances and dishes. Staff were friendly and could speak very good English. Breakfast was included and had many western food items. I would definitely stay there again.

We currently live and work in Atyrau. My husband and I wanted a few nights away from the house. We loved the inside of the lobby, room and dining area. Service was good. We were on the third floor (no elevator) and it was quiet. The lobby is separated from the rooms, so you have to walk outside to get to your room. It was secure as you had to have a fob to even get into the building. The room set up was a plus. We had a 2 bedroom, both with full baths, with a living room and kitchen between. Was great as a home away from home. We especially liked the location for the closeness to restaurants. O'Niels', an Irish pub, is a stone throw away, and other restaurants are in easy walking distance. The hotel is located on the river, and there is a river path which can take you even further into town easily. Breakfast was included and was a nice selection! The downside, for my husband, who loves to exercise, was the gym. Equiptment was old and not in working order. As with other buildings in town, you shouldn't judge the inside, by the outside. The inside is great and we would recommend it to others!

There is no nearby attraction for them who wants to get out at night by walking. Also the neighborhood looks not so safe. It is surprising to see this kind of hotel
s all the time full. You need to walk more than 100 m in order to reach to your room in average.

This is not a luxury hotel but the staff is very nice and helpful and professional and do dare about your needs while staying there. The menu is not vast but very adequate. This hotel has age and could use remodeling but it is comfortable, quiet and clean and I recommend it mostly due to the friendliness of the staff

Good hotel option in Atyrau getting a Western style operation at a value. Front desk staff very helpful with all requests, focusing on customer satisfaction. This is a rarity)).

A decent hotel in Atyrau. Well priced, well located, convenient. It was used mainly by oil industry men in the past but now with more hotels around it became more affordable to general public. Good western management standards.
