This place is marketed as a five star hotel, but it is not even close to one.
Even though everything is fine here, five star has a very different meaning.
It was designed beautifully, the decor is a bit spooky but in a cool way
Unfortunately it rained very heavily whilst I was there and my room got completely flooded, thankfully I had not put any of my belongings on the floor otherwise it all would have been badly damaged. They did give me a new room on another floor the next day but it was not ideal I think they really need to close the entire floor sort out the issue or it will just keep flooding.

Absolutely gorgeous design, they couldn't have gone out of their way to help this solo mountaineer who wanted a comfortable place to stay after a grueling adventure. It is so stylish and thoughtfully designed I appreciated every minute.
The breakfast needs another charge for proper coffee. You just get filter coffee included but this is a minor gripe.
The breakfast was really amazing. Design was fun to see and experience.
