Pros:

The location, the decoration

Cons:

It is not clean! Smell of dust, cigarettes in the hotel.
And the toilets smell very bad.
When we asked for cleaning they came with a smell spray, and that was it. I had to clean myself.

Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay at Rooms Hotel Tbilisi. The hotel has such a unique atmosphere and beautiful design, with a very stylish and cozy vibe. The location is great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. I especially loved the common areas and the overall energy of the hotel. I stayed for a few days and genuinely enjoyed every moment. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tbilisi. Highly recommended! ❤️

Mixed bag.
Pros:

Location, decor, breakfast in general, the restaurant, local facilities at the neighboring Stamba hotel, comfortable bed.
Other reviews have complained about noise. However, we had a courtyard facing room and it was very quiet.

Cons:

Coffee at breakfast. They could at the least provide hot milk.
Bathroom. Dark, low water pressure, old poorly functioning shower head, no shelves or storage area for toiletries.
Poor communications from the front desk. A promised car to pick us up at the airport only appeared an hour after we had received our bags, and after two phone calls to the hotel. Note the car had been confirmed in 2 emails and 2 phone calls right after we arrived.

Fantastic room and a great breakfast!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel as part of our honeymoon in Georgia. The room is well designed, clean and has a great ambience. The location is a little further from the centre but it is surrounded by good restaurants and cool bars. We also absolutely loved the breakfast, particularly the sourdough bread!
