Были большие ожидания, но нет. )
Pros:

Местоположение, очень стильный интерьер, но немного депрессивный(мало света),вкусные завтраки

Cons:

Персонал слабо клиентоориентирован, может за исключением немногих. В The Kitchen, это ресторан при отеле, совсем все не очень.. не рекомендую!

Понравилось только расположение

Cons:

На фото этот отель выглядит гораздо презентабельнее, чем по факту. Очень мрачно, ужасная слышимость, слышно все, соседей, двери, был дождь, всю ночь капал на подоконник, было ощущение, что находишься в пыточной, стеклопакет очень тонкий, не защищают от звука снаружи, за две ночи в отеле поспать не удалось совсем. Это место не для тех, кому нужен комфорт.

Incredible bar - best place to people watch in Tbilisi!
Pros:

Such a cool vibe! Excellent cocktails, interesting music, superb bar staff, best breakfast.

Cons:

Our room (506) had something like plumbing or a fan making a noise all night. We tried switching everything off but couldn’t sort it. One glitch with our booking, swiftly sorted but it felt uncomfortable having to push back against a very determined manager.

Perfect vibe and best base to explore cool Tbilisi from
Pros:

Beautiful design, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Rooms is an institution in Tbilisi, and happy to see that the quality seems to have remained high throughout the years. It genuinely feels like a cool, local hang out spot, it's the perfect base to explore Tbilisi from.

Cons:

Some of the facilities need a little extra love. The leather bed frame had some scratches and the room is a bit worn out. The quality is still very high, but you can tell it is a popular hotel.

Great location but a bit disappointing
Pros:

Great location. REALLY helpful staff.
Comfortable bed

Cons:

Very touristic, a little fake, not ideal for family (room not adapted at all for 2 adults + teen with extra bed)
Damaged Faucet and Switches.

Cons:

рум сервис забрал мою вещь из номера, я обнаружила это спустя время и обратилась на ресепшен. нашли мою вещь (белую юбку) спустя сутки грязную, ею что то подтерли. предположительно пищу, либо моя вещь лежала с постельным бельем и столовыми вещами. никакого извинения я не получила, лишь только упреки что так и было. у меня есть доказательство что по возвращению в тот вечер моя юбка была чистая (мы снимали видео в лифе). отношение персонала меня просто поразило. Рейтинг просто 1.
