Gute Lage am Strand, gutes Restaurant im Hotel mit freundlichem Service

Cons:

Sonnenliegen mussten extra bezahlt werden, hoher Preis, viel Musik in den einzelnen Restaurants die sich gegenseitig Überschlagen, kein schöner Blick (Haus davor) aus dem Zimmer, dadurch auch wenig Tageslicht im Zimmer,

Pros:

Byłam bardzo miło zaskoczona miśkom z wodą dla zwierząt oraz tym że specjalnie gotują jedzenie żeby karmić psy.
Oczywiście fakt mieszkania tuż przy plaży też jest super. Na dole pyszna restauracja.

Perfect location and food
Pros:

Comfortable room and delicious restaurant in front of the beach. Our room was in Hayahay Genesis hotel.

Cons:

According to central location in Alona beach, party is every evening. Loud music and other noises didn't let us sleep.

Great location beachfront
Pros:

Perfect location on the beachfront in the middle of Alona beach. Restaurant was great, at night the tables were set up on the beach, you could dine with sand in you toes. Good Wifi throughout the property. Staff Lovley, helped organise ongoing transfer.

Cons:

No room refresh, bins emptied or clean towels for the 5night stay.

Pros:

Lovely staff, clean and comfortable room with outside furniture. On the beach and just a walk away from town shops, bars and restaurants. Lady on reception always smiling and ready to help with anything. Sorry, didn't ask her name. Ordered cake for birthday and came with unexpected happy birthday wishes from some of the staff. Thank you all so much 😄

Cons:

Disappointed certain food items not available at breakfast time (Filipino dishes). No complimentary toiletries and room quite small.

Excellent beachfront location and excellent VFM
Pros:

Location to beach, we had a room which had the communal space right in front outside, so felt like more space to the room. 2nd floor but has ramp to reception to wheel your case.
