Pros:

The rooms were nice but not worth the hassle!

Cons:

I have never had such a poor service from a hotel- let alone a hotel that has a conference center so should be business centric!

From the moment we booked. we have experienced issue after issue with what should have been a simple two bedroom - one night booking.

Reception is closed at 5pm. The after hours check in system was such a disaster. Multiple text messages with little to no detail and incorrect information. I called the hotel in advance and they advised one of the 2 bedrooms we booked on the one booking, I'll add, was changed to another date but that "we were lucky they still had room?" We had not made any changes at all as this was a business trip.

I called in advance to pay for the room and provide a card for the deposit, yet on the day- this needed to be provided all over again. Emails and phone numbers were provided on the booking- but I had to provide them multiple times over the phone also.

When the team arrived onsite to collect the keys in the lockbox- they were for another room.

We have had to follow up for copies of our tax invoice and now have been charged fees without providing information on the fees.

We cannot recommend this hotel.

Great value for money with excellent service :-)
Pros:

Reception staff were lovely. Bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. We liked that the lobby at a coffee machine.

Cons:

Nothing that really stood out.

Although a short stay the Tea Tree was a great place to stay. We had everything we needed and the room was so clean.
Pros:

It was a great location. Very close to everything we needed. And it was very clean and modern. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. It was so refreshing after a long day of travel

Amazing
Pros:

Loved it was walking distance to shopping centre and cafe , hotels etc, we flew in for a funeral that was two hours later and the staff were more then accommodating to get us in the room to get refreshed and ready, they were amazing. we can not wait to stay again. 🙏🏻😊

Great value stay
Pros:

The convenience of being able to walk across the park to a large shopping centre, offering numerous eating places, cafes, resturants, pubs, and q large movie complex. The cafe at the Tee Tree has good value meals also. All in all a great value hotel.

Cons:

It wasnt a deal breaker, but this was the first time we've stayed at The Tee Tree and come across a room with no real windows, just two tiny triangle windows almost at ceiling height, made the room feel dark, needing a light on during the day. We've stayed here on numeous occassions and all our other rooms have had proper big windows.
