Nicht den Erwartungen entsprechend. Dieses Hotel sollte keine 5 Sterne haben.

Die Lage an der Straße mit Blick auf Dixi WC. Kein Zugang zum See; Das zunächst angebotene Zimmer war winzig / mit fleckigem Teppichboden. Auf meinen Wunsch hin konnte ich in ein größeres Zimmer wechseln. Das Hotel kann dafür nichts, aber der Ort ist unattraktiv, das in der Nachbarschaft zum Hotel befindliche Casino ein scheussliches Beton- Monster. Ich bin einen Tag früher abgereist.

Its like a 3 star hotel
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the room was a decent size

Cons:

The hotel lacks communal areas such as a lobby, nice lounge bar. Even the breakfast spot is minuscule and very underwhelming. Generally I also found it all to be missing some reworks. The bathroom was falling apart and cupboards and walls clearly had a lot of use

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel Campione! Wir wurden herzlich Empfangen,das Hotelzimmer war makellos sauber geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit frischer Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön,das Menü war ein absoluter Genuss.Die Qualität der Zutaten ist exzellent die Küche versteht ihr Handwerk! Das Personal ist ein erstklassiger Service egal ob an der Rezeption oder im Service. Hervorzuheben ist der Supervisor Laila sehr freundlich hilfsbereit. Die Bedienung Chamari hat uns immer mit einem Lächeln empfangen, dieses Hotel können wir nur weiterempfehlen !
