Wonderful spa hotel in quiet setting
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good, with many choices and the option for made to order eggs each morning. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Lake and a balcony, which we very much appreciated. The spa was fabulous, as my husband and I were able to prebook and have a private spa just for us for 1 hour each day. The spa was cleaned by staff prior to our arrival and again immediately upon our departure. Wonderful experience!

Cons:

The carpet in the room and hallways could use a refreshment.

Wir haben für die Durchreise dieses 5Sterne Hotel im Süden der Schweiz gebucht. Leider war im Zimmer kein Bett mit mit einer Matratze sondern nur das Unterteil von einem Boxspringbett. Dieses war natürlich so hart wie ein Brett. Nachdem meine Frau nach 20min Kopfschmerzen bekommen hat und die Rezeption keine Lösung für das Problem hatte, sind wir in der Nacht gegen 23Uhr abgereist. Das Hotel sagte uns, dass sie leider die erste Nacht nicht erstatten können, da Booking.com ihnen das nicht erlaubt, aber die zweite Nacht würden Sie uns erstatten. Nach Rücksprache mit Booking.com war das natürlich gelogen und nach nun 14tagen haben wir keine der beiden Nächte erstattet bekommen. Booking.com sagt sie können nicht helfen, wir müssen uns an das Hotel wenden. Ich habe nun mein Konto bei Booking.com gelöscht und werde dort auch keine Buchungen mehr ausführen, denn aus meiner Sicht geht es nicht, dass Booking.com ein 5Sterne Hotel verkauft und wenn dann kein 5Sterne Hotel geliefert wird, haben sie nichts mehr damit zu tun. Also einfach einen grossen Bogen um dieses Hotel machen und wenn Sie ein Hotel in der Gegend suchen, dann nehmen Sie das "Swiss Diamond Boutique Hotel - La Romantica" in Melide, dort bekommen Sie die 5Sterne auch!

Mehr Schein als Sein
Pros:

Nettes Hotel. Sauber. Es hat uns gefallen. Wir waren etwas irritiert, dass dieses Hotel 5 Sterne hat. In der Schweiz wären das wohl so zwischen 3 und 4. Es ist klein und eng und bietet nicht wirklich viel. Der "Wellness Bereich" hat den Namen nur ansatzweise verdient - es ist super klein und eng und heiss und hat kaum Platz für mehr als 3-4 Leute... der Pool sieht auf den Bildern "gross" aus, hat aber knapp Platz für die erwähnte Anzahl Leute.

Cons:

Alles okay, aber mehr Schein als sein und weder die Bilder auf Booking noch die Sterne sind so, wie es wirklich ist. Aber: es ist sauber und zentral gelegen.
