Simple, calme et plus qu'agréable

Sympathique , service accueillant , espace de qualité ! Mes salutations à Samantha du Maximilien et à Véronica du SPA.
Pour le menu aussi juste demander une plus grande variété de fruits.

Pros:

The place is very clean, staff is friendly and willing to assist. There was a gentleman who came into our room to ask if we needed room service (he had knocked and we did not hear him) - I think the best mode of communication would be to call? Overall it was amazing and the food was the best part!

Professional and Convenient
Pros:

Da Vinci is the perfect stop for a business trip overnight stop.
Gautrain in and out of Sandton, with free shuttle pickup from station.
Shopping centre is an elevator trip away.

Pros:

Excellent staff service at the Maximillien Restaurant, specially Tendani, she rocks! The hotel services are up to my expectations and I go to DaVinci each time I can when in Jo'burg, i.e., when they are not fully booked.

Great location, excellent stay
Pros:

Clean, safe and super location for anyone visiting Sandton! Also, do not miss the fresh pressed juice every morning. All the staff are amazing to make sure customers are taken care of.

Comfort with class
Pros:

After a long and tiring trip, we enjoyed having a relaxing dinner and drinks at the poolside restaurant. Our room was well appointed and modern. Service excellent. Great location. What more could one ask for?

The great sandton experince at Davinci!
Pros:

A fantastic stay with excellent service, clean and stylish rooms, and very comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and professional, and the location in Nelson Mandela Square is perfect for shopping and dining. Highly recommended for a luxurious and convenient stay in Johannesburg.

Convenient location, but service standards need improvement

DaVinci Hotel is very conveniently located and directly connected to Sandton City Square, which is a real advantage for both business and leisure travellers.

However, the overall service experience did not meet expectations. The attitude and approach of staff at the restaurant, as well as in the lobby area on 5th Street, came across as lacking politeness and customer focus. Interactions felt unnecessarily argumentative rather than solution-oriented.

In addition, breakfast service could benefit from greater attentiveness and responsiveness from staff, particularly during busier periods.

This is a well-located property, but the hotel would greatly benefit from further staff training focused on professionalism, courtesy, and a more customer-centric approach, which is essential for a hotel of this standing.
