Worst hotel I've ever stayed at
Cons:

Hotel was filled with fumes from redoing the floor around the indoor pool. Hot tub closed for entire stay. Rooms smelled of recently applied bath tub glazes. First room was dirty and the bathroom door didn't close. Second room had dirty laundry in the closet and the smoke detector had a shopping bag taped over it. Bedding had black marks and stains - we went and purchased new pillows and blankets to use. We left after one night with a promise of getting our second night refunded - which they never issued.

Being told incorrect information and blaming the booking site for canceling our reservation
Pros:

The hotel canceled our reservation without notifying us blaming a credit card issue which is incorrect because they charged my card. Then they claimed the booking site and funny thing is is they asked why I hadn't checked in and still had the reservation active the next day.

Cons:

They blame the booking site for canceling our room thankfully we had called to say we were going to check in late and we're told they didn't have our booking. Was definitely not an enjoyable drive back which added about 6 hours of driving to support my son who was in the military and traveling in wisconsin.

We won't be staying there next time.
Cons:

Breakfast was not great. Pancake machine didn't work and bagels were frozen. Asked for non smoking room and our room smelled like smoke and had cigarette burn in comforter

The room was nice. The hotel itself was also nice. Housekeeping needs to change how they do things.
Cons:

The first morning breakfast pretty much didn’t exist. Housekeeping opened doors and left them open. No sign to say no housekeeping. Our friends shut our door as it was open for a long time, as were several other doors. Our friends were resting in their room and housekeeping just walked right in, no knocking. Then just proceeded to clean up around them. It was state competition for Special Olympics and there were several athletes and coaches staying there. The idea of leaving all the doors open is crazy.

This place is horrible place to stay!!!
Pros:

Nothing!!! This place is horrible!! They give you the run around when they charge you an extra 400 dollar fee for no reason whatsoever!

Cons:

I didnt like anything, At first the front desk man was nice and accommodating when I told him we had a wedding party that would have 6 guys spend the night Friday night to get ready the next morning for my daughters wedding. Then they decided to charge me an extra 400 at the time of check out. I have been calling to see the cameras where they could prove there were extra people staying there and haven't been able to get ahold of anyone in regards to it. I keep getting the run around. I want my extra charge of 400 back! They get the charges for the two rooms, but not the 400 extra for absolutely nothing! This place is a scam! Oh and to charge me for cleaning when they should be doing that anyway is outrageous! We made sure both rooms were cleaned the beds weren't stripped down, which again is not my job its there's!! ONE MORE THING: They kicked my son-in-law and 5 friends out of the pool, saying that the other families were scared of them and that there wasn't enough room for them in the pool!!!

Staff was amazing and we will definitely be staying again.

It was close to stores restaurants and gas stations.

The door at the end didn't work properly we had a hard time trying to get out the door.
