Expensive but worth it
Pros:

Staff and facilities are extremely good. Everyone very welcoming and professional. Game drives were brilliant, the team did a fantastic job.

Great safari, overpriced accommodations, spa is very basic.
Pros:

Safari rangers, breakfast and sunset drinks in the bush were the best. Food at the restaurant was decent.

Cons:

Hotel need update and renovation, it's outdated and lack the luxury fleeing to match the very elevated price. The pool is really tiny.
