Location is good other than that i would pick
The house keeping are so bad you need like the whole day and to keep calling them to got anything
Terrible stay. Extremely bad odor in hotel lobby and room, dirty bedsheets, terrible service. The only good thing is it’s close to the mosque.
Even though we emailed ahead of time and received confirmation and approval for a late check, moreover, we prepaidwe were not allowed to check in, because we arrived late as anticipated and approved
The blankets, pillows and bed sheets were not clean and smelly (hair, particles, mites, etc.…). you can find hair everywhere including toilets.

Absolute diabolical hotel!
Very unclean, no swrvices for our 8 days we were there. Had to go out and get towels and toilet paper ourselves. Room was not stepped in from cleaners for full 8 days. Im only 5ft 6 and my feet were hanging off the bed. Very out dayed and poor hotel.
Only good thing is it is close to the haram.
My experience was too awful and disappointing. The check-in time is at 2pm and I received my room at 11pm. And the service wasn't welcoming. Also i had to go down to the counter more than 3 times to get what i want, no one answers the phone. And i didn't receive the room that i ordered and everything was chaos.
Chaos, no order , the customer service though doing their best they have no control of the situation, for instance while they are helping you if customer comes in and asks question they will stop your work and try to respond to that person needs. Also the hotel is not clean, carpets are really dirty and rearing Thirty years of accumulated dirty. I hope they change the course.

Wi-Fi is very week and room cleaning is not every day we keep calling please clean my room Still they used to be clean after 2-3 days. When you complain they don’t understand English on the counter I think they don’t want it to listening to you.We have included breakfast in Ramadan they give same breakfast every day I don’t like it food at all. They supposed to give microwave in a room Because we buy own food. Hotel is nice very close to Haram. Beside the counter people all the staff is very nice

La réception n'est pas à la hauteur, je suis resté longtemps pour l'enregistrement.
حجزت جناح عائلي مطل ع الحرم وضعو اقامتي بجناح مطل ع المدينه وكان سيئ جداً وبعد عده مناقشات تم نقلي الى مطل بعد اربع ساعات من وصولي
smoking was a big issue for us, but the hotle cannot do anything about it. also the construction next to our room prevent it us from getting enough rest.
The check in was suppose to be at 3:00. The room was not ready till after 4:00
