Hotel Marina Soller & Wellness Spa

Pros:
- good spot in Port de Soller
- good quality and lots of choices at breakfast
- gym is open 24/7
- pool area is nice and clean

Cons:
- floor in our room was pretty dirty on arrival. The staff did clean it after we asked
- no sound proofing between rooms. We could hear our neighbours clearly
- some people might like the beds but we found them hard
- parking was easy but getting out of the car park on the first day our room key had not been enabled properly despite us explaining we had parked on check in

This hotel is a little tired. The rooms really need an upgrade. The bathrooms are particularly worn out.
The communal areas are ok and the breakfasts are good but this doesn’t make up for the fact that the rooms are in desperate need of a revamp

Cons: Just as a warning to other guests and the hotel- I suffered severe 2nd degree burns from accidentally stumbling into the hot exposed metal in the Sauna. My injuries could have been much worse, and I highly recommend encasing the exposed heater with wood, like in all other saunas for safety.

Pros: Great location and excellent breakfast.

Close to a tram stop from Sóller

We stayed at Hotel Marina Sóller & Wellness for two nights in July. Our standard room was located in a separate building outside the main hotel. While functional, it felt quite dated; the furniture was worn, the room was very small, and the bed was uncomfortable.

That said, the main hotel building looked beautiful, modern, and well-kept, so I’d definitely recommend booking a room there if you plan to stay. You really do get what you pay for.

On the upside, the location is stunning, right by the water, and the breakfast was a highlight; delicious options and a lovely view to start the day.

After two nights, we decided to move to another hotel nearby that better suited our needs. However, I think that with the right room choice, Hotel Marina Sóller could be a great option.

I loved the pool area and roof top deck.I loved the Seaview from breakfast and from my room balcony. The staff were all lovely.

Pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is perfectly located overlooking Sòller marina and there is plenty todo and see.

This is a beautiful property right on the water. We enjoyed our patio with its ocean front view. The breakfast was also delicious.

First time on the island of Mallorca for over 20 years and this was also my first visit to Port de Soller.
What a stunning location and the hotel was just great. Very friendly staff and so helpful. We will definitely be returning!

We had inadvertently booked half board for our one night stay but already had a restaurant booked. I rang the day before to ask if we could have lunch instead and was told yes. On check in, when I asked about having lunch I was told it’s not possible. I asked them to check with the manager as I had already been told yes and it was too late to cancel the restaurant. Still it was no, the ladies on reception had no interest in helping. We asked to speak to the manager or duty manager and were told there wasn’t one which is a ridiculous statement. They wouldn’t let us speak with him/her on the phone so we’d asked for them to call me before 2pm as one of our party is diabetic and needed to eat. No call was received so we ended up paying for lunch outside the hotel and lost the half board.
In the evening at my request, the male receptionists did manage to offer us free drinks in compensation and were at least apologetic unlike the female receptionists.
Overall there was no interest, and we were told repeatedly that it was be abuse we booked via Expedia so they can’t alter anything which is nonsense.
We’ve been to this hotel many times before but it’s changed, they now charge €15 for the car park, €3 for pool towels, a fee to use the room safe, we won’t be returning

Excellent location very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms including WIFI. Rooms cleaned and fresh beach towels daily.
Area felt safe and accessible by foot.

Lovely hotel in a prime position. Would recommend the hotel and port de Sóller as a destination.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and is in pristine condition.
It has it's own car park which is a great help as parking in the town is not straightforward.
Staff were extremely courteous and helpful a a really great stay.
