El personal maravilloso, me sentí acompañada, la ubicación, junto a la playa de Ondarreta y la limpieza. El cuarto se repasa a diario y eso se agradece 🌷

Relaxing, safe and comfortable
Pros:

A real gem of a hotel with its lovely antique authentic features and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful to me as a lone woman; I felt safe. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable with a great powerful shower. I had breakfast here every morning of my seven night stay and found it real value for money; great selection of cold meats cheeses and cereals. What’s not to love and I highly recommend for a truly memorable stay

Good value if you don’t mind a walk. Bring earplugs
Pros:

We liked the position near the beach, about 20 minutes walk to the Old Town along the promenade. A cheaper and more peaceful option than staying in the Old Town itself.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise from the rooms upstairs (wooden floors throughout) and the water system, which meant several of us didn’t sleep well.

Clean, comfortable, warm, nice bath, very convenient to the bus and close to restaurants and bars
Pros:

It was nice and quiet. It’s about 1.5km outside the main city, and that worked really well. It’s an aged property with little modern convenience, but was still really comfortable. I liked it. There a main thoroughfare a couple of block away with many restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Nothing, it was what was expected.
