Excelente ubicación...en la playa de Ondarreta.
Camas y almohadas comodisimas, baño grande y mucha presión en la ducha, vistas laterales a la playa e isla ...mini bar, aire acondicionado y ventilador...

The sink leaked in the bathroom which was very small.
The location was great, right beside the beach.
Unfortunately I left a swimming costume hanging up in the bathroom. When I called a few hours later after checking out I was told to call back in the morning as there was no one there from housekeeping. Alas it was never to be found! So needless so say very disappointed with housekeeping.
I also had to ask about the breakfast offered, this information was not given on check in.
We were also told our room wouldn't be ready till after 3pm. So I wouldn't be rushing to stay here again as the customer service was not great.

Pretty deco and good size room. In a quiet part of town very close to the beach. 30 minute very nice walk into the old town not a problem if the weather is good. Bus or bike if it isn't.

Aun no teniendo parking, nos facilitaron un sitio para dejar el coche en la entrada del hotel. Una maravilla.
Muy buena ubicación, a escasos 2 minutos de la playa, pero no en primera línea de playa. No tienen parking anunciado, pero te permiten aparcar el coche.
La cama suena cada vez que te mueves. La cisterna pierde agua y por la noche es difícil desconectarse de este ruido. Han tenido una brecha de seguridad que no han informado a los clientes y he recibido unos 6 mensajes por WhatsApp de empresas situadas en Pakistán y otros lugares remotos reclamando el pago para confirmar la reserva y que facilite los datos de la tarjeta. Cuando preguntas si lo saben dicen que sí y su jefe está al tanto.
Mi reserva se hizo con Booking, Y en las condiciones de mi reserva estaba cambiar a uso doble con un incremento de 58€. Como tienen establecido el pago en el hotel, allí decidieron que el incremento a uso doble eran 76€ y me estaban haciendo un favor, porque podían cobrarme mucho más.
Sólo volvería si no hay ningún otro alojamiento disponible.
The location is fantastic, just one block from the beach with tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was easy to walk to other parts of the city too. Buses run regularly. A quirky but nice hotel.
You could hear sounds in other rooms from time to time.
