Emplacement super, à 2 pas de la plage. quartier relativement tranquille et à pied du centre.

Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen- hat mehr wie 2 Sterne verdient !
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, und Lage exzellent! Zimmer perfekt nur im Bad wenig Stellfläche.

Cons:

Die Isolierung ist schlecht, man hört jedes Geräusch.

Una experiencia muy mejorable
Pros:

Tiene una ubicación excelente y el edificio esta en excelentes condiciones de conservación.

Cons:

No me gustó que las obras de al lado te despertaran a las 8 de la mañana con un ruido insoportable. Además, el nerviosismo de la recepcionista hace que la experiencia no resulte agradable. Su ansiedad y falta de profesionalidad son notables.

The location is very good and overall, it was a good experience.
Pros:

The location was great and the bathroom was spacious and had a bath. The breakfast was not included but good value for money.

Cons:

The Booking.com listing showed in highlight: FREE AIRPORT TAXI which when we wanted to arrange for a pickup time this was denied. We were told to take this up with Booking.com as it was not a service they provided (???) There is also renovations next door and around the corner that caused quite a bit of noise but believe this will end soon.

Muy cerca de la playa (que era lo que quería). Amables en recepción. Limpio.

Cons:

Muy caro realmente para lo que es. Tal vez en las habitaciones en las plantas más altas, desde las que se debía ver el mar, el precio estaba justificado. Pero casi 300 euros por noche me parece excesivo para la habitación que me dieron a mí. Tal vez el precio fuese más alto por la semana grande de Donosti ? No sé si en otra época es más razonable.

Ruhige Unterkunft während Festwoche
Pros:

geschmackvoll eingerichtet Zimmer im Stil des 19.Jhdt., mit allem benötigtem Komfort.
Dank des aktiven Parkplatzmanagements wurde jede Fläche im Hof genutzt und wir konnten direkt vor dem Haus parken.
Sehr ruhige Lage, Zentrum zu Fuß oder mit Stadtbus gut erreichbar.
Nette Cafés in der Nähe zum Frühstücken.

Cons:

Zimmerpreis wegen der Gran Semana astronomisch.
