+ ausreichende und große Parkplätze am Hotel
+ Ausstattung Bad war ok
+ engagiertes Personal beim Frühstück

Cons:

- am ersten Abend kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche
- Ausstattung Zimmer ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß
- Aufenthaltsqualität Frühstücksraum ist gering (einfache Möbel, wenig Fenster, wenig Dekoration)
- extrem hellhörige Zimmer (hatte beide Nächte Einschlafprobleme weil ich ständig Gespräche auf dem Flur oder zuschlagende Türen gehört habe)
- insgesamt wird beim Schallschutz nicht der Standard erfüllt (fehlende Akustikdecke im Frühstücksraum, keine Dichtungen an Zimmertüren, Straßenlärm und Nachbarzimmer hörbar)
- die gesamte Ausstattung, Gestaltung (bspw. Wandfarbe, Flurdecke) ist über die Abschreibungsdauer überaltert
- das Gebäude scheint ein umgebauter Plattenbau zu sein, daher die Hellhörigkeit
