Śniadanie było dobre,lokal w centrum. Widać że lata świetności ma za sobą i czas się zatrzymał dla Hotelu w PRL-u. Obsługa w recepcji bardzo miła .

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w samym centrum Jeleniej góry, hotel z historyczną przeszłością ale bardzo fajny, pokoje duże i czyste plusem jest czajnik i lodówka. Panie w recepcji bardzo miłe i pomocne, pozdrawiam p.Beatę.Parking na miejscu.

Dobry hotel z kilkoma wadami, w świetnej lokalizacji.
Pros:

- Miła obsługa
- Dobre śniadania
- Widok z okna (byłem na najwyższym piętrze i widać było góry)
- Bliskość do Starówki

- Hotel trochę za bardzo w stylu retro (ściany, winda)
- W niektórych miejscach w pokoju nieczysto (np pajęczyny)
- Musiałem doprosić by zamontowali lodówkę w pokoju, bo na początku nie było
