Pros:

I liked the property because it was so quiet and nicely lit up

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that you could hear everyone walking by and could hear them talking clearly made me think everyone could hear me lol

Clean, Comfortable, and Truly Welcoming
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! Everyone at the hotel was kind, welcoming, and accommodating.

I am not joking when I say this was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and very well cared for.

With my husband being blind, we especially appreciated how easy the property was to navigate. It made our stay even more comfortable.

Thank you for making our trip to Roswell such a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Aside from the few issues we had the staff and location of the hotel was very nice.
Pros:

It’s at a nice location. Close to food and groceries. Staff was very friendly and attentive!

Cons:

The room had an issue where I could hear the people in the room above us moving and talking till after midnight. And the door to the room was not secured on all the way; it had gaps letting the hallway light into the room and allowed noise from people in the hallway to get into our room. Was not able to sleep well.

Nice stay.
Pros:

Nice rooms,super nice staff, good breakfast.

Cons:

Would have been nice to know they were replacing the roof the next morning and workers were going to start working at 5:45 AM.

Could have been better
Pros:

Room Suite sitting area, clean and a breakfast

Cons:

No elevator to the second floor, stairs, property wouldn’t switch to ground floor. Not for wheelchair or disabled. Was forced to carry bags and cooler upstairs.

Pros:

It was amazing. It was just a little out of the busy areas. Nice location and located right by a Texas Roadhouse and a Mexican restaurant. If we come back we will definitely come back to this location.

Cons:

The only down side is no stairs, granted it is only 2 floors but those who tend to over pack/have littles may find it inconvenient.

Short stay in Roswell
Pros:

The room was comfortable and very functional. The breakfsst was good with a good selection.

Cons:

The bottom of the bath tub sloped into the middle of the tub and it was a little slippery at times. The hotel did not provide mats for the tub to help prevent falls.
