Rooms had strong odor and didn't stay at the hotel.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

This hotel is mainly used by truckers. The room was clean but as soon as you opened the door a bad odor was coming from the room. We asked for another room and that room had an odor as well. Smelled like wet mildew and the clerk said it was probably the cleaning solution used. We informed the clerk we would not be able to sleep in this hotel and if we could get a refund. The clerk asked if we reserved the room directly through the hotel. We said no it was thru a third party. The clerk said I would have to contact the third party for a refund. We didn't stay but left. I do not recommend this hotel unless you're a truck driver.

We were very pleased and we'll return next time we need to stay in Roswell.
Pros:

Seemed very neat and up to date. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok, not great. Air conditioner was noisy but I guess that is typical for most hotels like this one.

Pros:

Everything was great, especially the smell when you 1st entry the building. I'm not sure what it was but it smell so good.I'm a review person so when I compared the reviews to the rate I decided to give it a try. Didn't disappoint. Breakfast was also awesome...had bacon.

Cons:

FYI there's no elevators at this hotel..luckily we were on the 1st floor. With that being said it wouldn't change my review. 10 out of 10.
