Quality Inn Savannah South

The hotel is older and it shows. The room was clean, but needed some TLC (ripped fabric on the chair, peeling paint, etc); the walls and ceiling are thin and the showerhead is ancient (water pressure was ok); the faucet on the sink is new but so close to the back of the sink that one can not even wash their hands. In the shower was body lotion instead of body wash...ooops. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked well.
Breakfast was very basic and needed to be tended to much better.

Ok place. The room was clean but the place smelled pretty bad. Maybe because I was near a smoking room but my room was non smoking so I was quite unhappy with the stench. For a one night stay though it was fine, clean room and felt safe there. Think it was a little overpriced for what I got

Your rep quoted a very high price for thi s site.. Tried to call the site direct and Never got the phone answered. Very bad experience. Stayed in Florence, AL instead. Drive was thr same as your location in Tennessee.

Well the staff was awesome, and the breakfast adequate, but the location was a lot to desire! The street traffic was terrible and started at 4 am! Bay Street is a great location but I would stay anywhere else that had 3 plus floors so you can sleep above the noise starting at FOUR AM!
This place is dated, musty and too noisy!

I had a king room and it was above average. Room was very clean, front desk staff was friendly and helpful will all of my questions about the area. Morning breakfast was sufficient and good. The motel is in a central location to everything. I would defiantly stay here again.

This location was a good choice for an overnight stay. The free breakfast was good. More than just a Continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Convenient location to visit Shiloh National Battlefield Park.

Quality Inn Savannah, TN was a pleasant place to stay after a day of touring the Shiloh National Military Park. It was a short drive from the park. The Hotel was clean and had every convenience you would want for a short stay. The employees were friendly. Quality Inn is located by many restaurants, a bank (with ATM), and near a Kroger grocery store. The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet at night. I would certainly stay at this facility again.

A group of four traveling on dual-sport motorcycles riding the Trans America Trail (TAT) stayed at this property during the first week of August 2021. We found this place to be quite reasonably priced and very comfortable. Perhaps the biggest highlight of our stay here was the friendly staff, ie, the owners. They helped us get to and from restaurants when it was raining…..we didn’t want to get back on those motorcycles after riding in the rain most of the day. I also liked the fact that all three of our rooms had laminate flooring instead of the carpeting found in most places….just feels so much cleaner than nasty old carpeting. Also, ground floor rooms allow you to pull your bikes right up to the room’s front door….an underrated convenience for sure. Again, the staff is really what sets this place apart from other places. Highly recommended to other TAT riders.

Was very surprised by the size of the room, was very nice and set up great, had plenty of room for 2 double beds. Staff was very nice and friendly, asked for a ground floor room and was honored by staff. I would recommend this hotel and area. Close to down town and stuff to do. Nice area, interesting things to do and hotel is very good located and room was clean

This is an older property that used to be a Comfort Inn until that brand insisted on interior corridors, so it was downgraded to a Quality Inn. It is everything you would expect from a $75 room from this brand. Reasonably well maintained, good cable, clean, pretty spotty wi-fi, OK breakfast, decent service. Non-business clients are usually here to visit Shiloh National Military Park, which is about 15 minutes southwest (Savannah was Grant's HQ before the battle and the house he used still stands). There are better hotels in Corinth, Mississippi, which is a bit farther from Shiloh. If all you are looking for in a hotel is a reasonably clean and comfortable room with few frills, you won't be dissatisfied to stay here.

Hotel located less than 5 minutes from downtown Savannah, TN. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Wifi is pretty good and the hotel staff is very friendly and inviting. I have stayed at this hotel (10) times so far in 2019 for business and I keep coming back. Great value hotel for Savannah!

The hotel wasn’t bad for the price and location.
Our room had a musty smell and felt damp in there.
The breakfast needs some work. Not much out and the biscuits were hard, eggs were on the cook side.
Carmen was really nice that tends to the breakfast area.

There aren't many places to stay in Savannah. I was glad that I stayed here. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly at every interaction. If I return to Savannah, I will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I spent two nights here while touring Shiloh National Park. I would recommend staying here to everyone. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Great place to stay while in the area!

This small hotel located about 15 minutes from Shiloh National Battlefield is an older facility but clean and neat. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Room was well lit and clean. There are drapes, sheers and room darkening curtains at the window allowing for total darkness or a bit of light coming in (yet offering privacy). The parking lot is on the small side but not impossible to navigate.

Breakfast room is clean and bright. There was plenty of everything and the hostesses were so friendly!

Good location (5-minute drive to historic, charming Savannah Tennessee; 20 minutes to Shiloh National Battleground.

Under-lit driveway (almost drove into a ditch); over-lit parking lot (a spotlight blasted into my window all night).

Pleasant front desk staff. OK parking, clean room, coffeemaker, wi-fi.

Broken toilet seat, leaky corroded shower fixture (a guy at breakfast told me his shower dripped all night). The ancient office chair was comfy but disintegrating.

Mostly quiet, but some truck traffic can be heard, including one of those beeping trash trucks at 4:45 a.m. (Thanks, guys). So-so breakfast.

We stayed at the Quality Inn Savannah for our visit to the Shiloh Battlefield Military Park. The location is convenient, the rooms clean and well apportioned, beds comfortable and staff helpful. The staff rearranged the location of our room reservation so the rooms were adjacent,

This is a good hotel but the very first thing that happens at a hotel is parking. This is tight. They should have bought 3 more feet of real estate. I looked like Austin Powers trying to turn his electric car around in the tunnel. Check-in took a little longer than I am used to. The hotel itself was great starting with my most important standard, it was clean. It is a little bit dated but everything worked good. I went to eat after checking in & when I came back I got one of the park spots by the pool (so I could leave without having to get another drivers consent)! I slept pretty good. Breakfast & coffee were good. The staff were really nice & I appreciate that.

Traveled with my 90 yr old mother for a quick trip ‘back home’ to visit friends and see her home she recently sold. Mother and I were pleasantly surprised to find how clean and neat the rooms were. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast selections was more than we expected especially for a weekday morning. It was a very nice experience. We will definitely stay again when we visit ‘back home’.
