Simple but nice spot to stay for weekend
Pros:

The Staff seemed friendly and the hotel was nicely cleaned

Cons:

I really wish the room had a coffee pot and the pop vending machine didn't want yo accept my dollar bills (had to use spare quarters)

Pros:

Was surprised our 3 beds were not twin but full size. The beds were very comfortable and nothing better than fresh linen. Room was ready at comfortable temperature and chairs right outside of room with table to relax. Outdoor pool is heated and water perfect. Hate indoor pools. Back of facilities has picnic area with grills along with a fire pit. Yes, its Not a new building where you can go down 2 floors to smoke, nor do hear people, children running thru hallways. Breakfast isn't great, but so many restaurants nearby who cares.

Cons:

At first I judged because its vintage, but pleasantly surprised.

Only in Galena for o night, wanted a clean affordable place to stay. Grant hills offered that.
Pros:

Clean, location was great. Loved the shuttle

The area surrounding the motel.

Cons:

The room, the decor from the 90's, the bedding was stained on one of the beds, the room had an odor that was not right. Stand up shower was to small.
