It was close to the casino. It was clean.

Cons:

The lady at the desk. The guy was so nice during our 1st stay so thats why we came back. The Indian woman wasnt pleasant at all. I ended up letting my husband deal with her.

Pros:

No breakfast. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and polite. The lady at night was very accommodating else well. Also had ice and $1.00 sodas too.

Cons:

People hardheaded. Someone had been smoking in my room beforehand.

The room was nice, a breakfast or pool would have been nice touches, but the staff were friendly, the room was a good value and spacious, and it was close enough to downtown Memphis that I could get there with a 10 min drive.

Cons:

A breakfast/ pool would have been nice touches, but hardly a necessity. As far as a room goes it was good value, nice staff, and a good location. Anything I could have asked for would just have been nice touches to have but hardly necessary for a good trip. I'd give it a solid 8/10 stars

Pros:

There was problem with the color of the water, but we found out the next morning it was all of West Memphis problem. It was the water plant or something. They lost water for the day, so that was why it was rusty color when I first turned it on.

Cons:

It was fine other than that. The bed was really comfortable.

Rooms was clean

Cons:

Asked for down stairs when made the reservation and did not get down stairs. No elevator, no breakfast. Had to carry all suitcases up stairs and down. I will never stay here again
