Good
Pros:

No breakfast. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and polite. The lady at night was very accommodating else well. Also had ice and $1.00 sodas too.

Cons:

People hardheaded. Someone had been smoking in my room beforehand.

Pros:

There was problem with the color of the water, but we found out the next morning it was all of West Memphis problem. It was the water plant or something. They lost water for the day, so that was why it was rusty color when I first turned it on.

Cons:

It was fine other than that. The bed was really comfortable.

The room was nice, a breakfast or pool would have been nice touches, but the staff were friendly, the room was a good value and spacious, and it was close enough to downtown Memphis that I could get there with a 10 min drive.

A breakfast/ pool would have been nice touches, but hardly a necessity. As far as a room goes it was good value, nice staff, and a good location. Anything I could have asked for would just have been nice touches to have but hardly necessary for a good trip. I'd give it a solid 8/10 stars

Rooms was clean

Cons:

Asked for down stairs when made the reservation and did not get down stairs. No elevator, no breakfast. Had to carry all suitcases up stairs and down. I will never stay here again

West Memphis, Arkansas is a ghetto. The hotel was very rundown except for the lobby all show.
Pros:

What breakfast? the office was locked and the only way that you could speak to anybody there was through a glass panel

Cons:

The neighborhood and the clientele weren’t the best

Just stay there to sleep and leave early the next day.
Pros:

Parking, close to the car on bottom floor. Relatively quiet. Felt safe.

Cons:

Only was able to receive half of the listed channels. No closed caption, remote seemed like a universal, not able to control all the functions available with the TV. Wifi signal was a little weak .My wife had trouble streaming on her tablet.
