Pros:

if i’m being honest this was probably one the best hotel experiences i’ve ever had the room looked fantastic and it was reasonably priced and the location was great deansgate felt clean safe and futuristic. i didn’t get to try the food there but i’m definitely going to stay there again. also gen and winnie by the front desk were very friendly and helpful

Me and my girlfriend always stay here in Manchester, whether it’s for a night away, for the football or even the Great Manchester Run. The rooms are very reasonably priced, they are clean, modern and have everything you need. The staff are attentive, always up beat and chatty. I left feedback for the hotel are my previous stay and feel like it was genuinely acted on, which is nice to see that actually want to improve in any way possible, even if it is a small matter. We did this time round get a complimentary room upgrade to The Townhouse which was absolutely fab. The location is perfect, right next to deansgate station as well as the tram stop, so you can get anywhere you need to be, but most places are within walking distance!
Overall a fab stay, once again!

Great INNSiDE Melia Stay Manchester
Pros:

Good location for us.
Lovely hotel decor eye catching & reception staff an asset!
Bedroom clean & spacious, love the open plan bathroom( toilet & shower have a door) but the sink mirror etc next to bed great idea. Lovely toiletries. Soft drinks & water tea & coffee making facilities gratis, brilliant, plus iron & ironing board a must for me.
Bed, duvet & pillows so comfy & bed linen so nice better than plain white.
Overall a brilliant enjoyable stay. Would stay again & definitely recommend.
