Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Room was large and bright. It makes my trip if there’s a Nespresso machine so thank you! Loved that the minibar was included in the price and adored the later checkout time.
That I couldn’t open a window: inevitably aircon goes off through the night and the room gets very hot.

Good location, professional staff , room and the public areas were nice and clean. Had a nice dinner in the restaurant, breakfast selection was a bit disappointing.
Bed Pillows were too firm ! , hot drink cups & mugs were too big- only filled to half way the hotel was expensive, public areas
were nicely decorated and furnished, Rooms were spacious but maybe lacked some soft furnishing touches - no cushions for example on the large sofas

If I could make 1 minor niggle the sink in our room was very slow to drain and the bed mattress was Very Hard had a bad back in the morning
