Cons:

The staff were unhelpful messages on booking for support they didn't organise what I had asked when I arrived they didn't tell me about the spa facilities overall bad experience. The standard rooms are open plan no door for bathroom

Great hotel, amazing location and friendly staff. Please get the spa fixed.

Cons:

The sauna/spa facilities were out of order… this was a big selling point for us so we were very disappointed to hear on arrival that they weren’t functioning.

Not a good nights sleep on sofa bed
Cons:

The sofa bed very uncomfortable- springs picking through and bed goes back on a slant. Not a good nights sleep and paid almost £300 for a check in at midnight

Stylish, comfortable hotel in central location
Pros:

Lovely comfortable huge bed.
Great location - Uber waiting area right outside hotel
Pretty reception rooms

Cons:

Breakfast was ok - but it was all taken away very quickly at the end of the breakfast slot. I went back for a croissant, 5 minutes after the ‘finish’ time, and everything had been taken away. I have not experienced this before - normally it is just the hot stuff and plates taken away, and the rest is left?

Loved the hotel! Very friendly and professional staff, amazing location and atmosphere. We had a room with a view a highlight of our stay. Highly recommend this hotel, for its modern and stylish features and experience!

Lovely hotel in itself

Cons:

Very very hard mattress on the bed. Wouldn’t be able to spend more than one night there so sadly based on that wouldn’t return.
