Huge wait on checking in tried to order room service took 5 attempts had to ring reception food was cold couldn’t be bothered complaining as if it was like trying to order would of taken all night had to ask for salt and pepper salt was empty. Went for breakfast it was buffet style scruffy looking breakfast attendant with top not didn’t catch his name all in all the worst salty from start to finish

The staff at The Innside are all really friendly , knowledgeable and so helpful from front of house to maintenance and housekeeping.
Hotel offers really good facilities the GinoD’A’Campo restaurant works breakfast and dinner were faultless , the buffet breakfast offering is excellent .
The fitness centre had been well designed and offers sauna and steam room facilities.
Our room was on the ninth floor, it was spacious, spotlessly clean, great view of the city , the modern open plan bedroom design and a large super - king size bed ticked every box for us .
