Was made so welcome on arrival gorgeous receptionist who was so helpful we requested a late check out which was no trouble had a fantastic stay and a nice lazy day the next day plenty of r&r ...
The breakfast was lovely and a wide variety. The room was spacious and a nice view of the skyline buildings upon sunset. And we had a choice of bath or shower. Bed was large and very comfortable
I was disappointed with the spa. I was expecting more than just a small sauna and steam room and I also expected slippers and robe inclusive of the price but they were not. Also when I read ‘free mini bar’ I expect some alcoholic beverages as a ‘bar’ carries alcohol. It was just soft drinks and tea and coffee
Great location, great service , very clean
Location was great. Bed big and comfortable. Quiet. Pleasant hotel. Lobby smelled lovely.
The sofa bed was in poor condition. Damaged.
There was no separate light for the 'vanity area' and bathroom, so the light disturbed sleepers if someone else wanted to shower whilst the other had gone to bed. Not much places to hang towels after using them, if three persons shared the space.
The amazing view we had of the city centre and the bed was really comfy and very big bed also the bar staff was very friendly amazing location
Wish they was a jacuzzi
Great location, parking very close by. Clean and great layout with ample room.
A biscuit with the tea bags would have been a bonus. Walking from car park to hotel but close though if you had a large suitcase it would be a test of strength.
