La ubicación, el desayuno y las vistas de la terraza. El personal del bar era muy atento y eficiente.

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema de salud al llegar y necesitabamos una habitacion antes de la hora programada por supuesto pagando un extra. Nos ofrecieron pagar una habitación superior más el cago extra por entrar antes , más nuestra habitación que estaba pagada, teniendo el hotel al 65% dicho por la compañera. Tuvimos que buscar otro sitio para pasar las primeras horas en la ciudad.

Pros:

Cet hôtel est situé dans le quartier historique de Mexico ! Son emplacement est vraiment idéal !
Le rooftop est vraiment un endroit sympa pour manger ou simplement passer du bon temps.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif est, selon moi, le manque d’isolation au niveau des portes, ce qui implique que nous entendons tous les bruits du couloir.

Great Stay for First Mexico Trip!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect - very centrally located in the historic district. My family and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff was very helpful and accommodating during our stay.

Cons:

Being located very close to all the action made it a little difficult to sleep - it got a bit noisy at night sometimes.

A good hotel with a beautiful rooftop
Pros:

We received a warm welcome from the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and at the rooftop you can order food and drinks for free. The location was great, just a few minutes from the main square.

Cons:

The room was very small and noisy. That means the bathroom and the bed were also very small. The bathroom could be cleaner. The elevator was extremely slow. It was annoying, because we stayed on the sixth floor.

Idealne miejsce w centrum miasta
Pros:

Lokalizacja jest idealna, wszędzie blisko. Smaczne śniadania i niesamowite widoki. Wieczorem można wyjść z hotelu z uwagi na bezpieczną lokalizację.

Cons:

jednego dnia zepsuła się winda. Po 2 godzinach została naprawiona.

Pros:

El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación en el Centro Histórico y el personal es sumamente atento. La habitación es pequeñita pero acogedora y limpia.

Cons:

En realidad todo fue agradable pero podría mencionar el tamaño de las habitaciones que se compensa con la disponibilidad de alimentación 24/7 incluida en la tarifa.

Pros:

ルーフトップでの食事。ソカロを見ながら食べる食事は最高です。またレストランスタッフの皆様が、全員素晴らしく、気分良く食事できます。ホットミールも少しづつ違うものが出されるので、毎朝楽しみでした。コーヒーも本格的でした。昼も夜も無料で食べられる食事は、無料の域を超えたお得感がありました。

Cons:

設備の問題かと思うので致し方無いのですが、部屋の防音が皆無に近かったです。
朝のゴミしゅう収集車やリネン運搬車の音がダイレクトに部屋に来るので音に敏感な人は5階より上の階が良いかもです(私は4階でした)
