Pros:

ルーフトップでの食事。ソカロを見ながら食べる食事は最高です。またレストランスタッフの皆様が、全員素晴らしく、気分良く食事できます。ホットミールも少しづつ違うものが出されるので、毎朝楽しみでした。コーヒーも本格的でした。昼も夜も無料で食べられる食事は、無料の域を超えたお得感がありました。

Cons:

設備の問題かと思うので致し方無いのですが、部屋の防音が皆無に近かったです。
朝のゴミしゅう収集車やリネン運搬車の音がダイレクトに部屋に来るので音に敏感な人は5階より上の階が良いかもです(私は4階でした)

Wonderful hotel in a great and safe location. Very good value.
Pros:

Great location in very walkable downtown area. The rooftop cafe was awesome, with great views and a generous “included” food menu.

Cons:

The rooms are a little small, and we got mixed messages from the front desk about whether or not we could exchange our money onsite.

Maravillosa estancia
Pros:

El hotel es fantástico y el personal increíble. Desde el momento en que llegamos nos sentimos como en casa. Llegamos bastante tarde de un vuelo largo desde España y el tener la posibilidad de tomar una cervecita en esa fantástica terraza fue genial. El hotel está súper bien situado,a pocos pasos del zócalo y de Bellas Artes. El desayuno es excelente y las habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario para hacer de tu estancia un lujo en esta increíble ciudad.Sin duda volveremos.

The room we got was super loud. Cleaning personal starts working at about 9am and they're so loud, you cannot sleep.

Prima hotel in centrum CDMX
Pros:

Lekker ontbijt en je mocht aan de bar de hele dag en nacht door bestellen.
Ook het bed was erg fijn.
Locatie midden in het centrum.

Cons:

Een hele kleine kamer, het bed past er net in. Maar dan heb je dus wel een breed bed.
De lift was erg traag.

Muy buena , será mi hotel elegido en adelante.
Pros:

El personal es muy cálido, todos los días lo reciben y despiden a la entrada y nos daban indicaciones. El personal de recepción también muy amable y nos ayudaron a gestionar cancelación de autobuses por problemas de cierres de carreteras. Hay comida
gratis todo el día y la ubicación es excelente para conocer el centro histórico y alrededores.

Cons:

El ascensor tardaba en cerrar y eso hacía muy lento el subir o bajar . Sabemos que era un problema de mantenimiento pero no se resolvió.

Le lit était confortable et nous avons profité de la terrasse sur le toit.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Ce que nous avons préféré est le casse-croute ouvert 24 heures. Nous y avons passé du temps en dehors des repas. C'était agréable de pouvoir être là, en dehors de notre très petite chambre. En plus, les boissons gratuites sont appréciées.

Cons:

Notre chambre était très petite. De plus, elle n'avait pas de vue sur l'extérieur. La fenêtre ouvre dans une minuscule cour intérieure. Je ne crois pas que cela puisse être changé. Mais nous comprenons que cela est compensé par le prix et la présence du casse-croute et de la terrasse sur le toit.
