Excelente opción centrica para recorrer la ciudad
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy amable en recepción y seguridad. Nos ayudaron a guardar el equipaje para nosotros recorrer la ciudad desde temprano. La opción de comidas incluidas (no las utilizamos mucho durante la estadía) pero es una opción que economiza el viaje a muchos.

Cons:

La habitación es un poco pequeña, tienen el control del aire que no puedes manipularlo mucho, por lo que la luz del aparato molesta al dormir (yo que soy sensible a las luces por las noches), el desayuno es poco variado pero tenía muy buen sabor.

Relaxing and comfortable
Pros:

Our stay at Canada Central Hotel in Mexico City was fantastic. The rooms were extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable. Laura, from housekeeping, did an amazing job. She was always attentive to our needs and kept everything spotless. Esteban was also very helpful with our bags. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is a great spot to stay
Pros:

Great location and staff ; particularly the front desk staff who were dally helpful and spoke English
The terrace on the top floor had a lovely view and offered good coffee and breakfast

Cons:

The room was a little small for the big king sized bed = but is as shown in the pics - and very small negative given all the positives about this hotel

Great stay, thin walls, worth the price, bring ear plugs
Pros:

Cute boutique hotel in centro, a historical area. Walkable to anything you wanted, food, drinks, museums, entertainment, whatever you wanted. Public transport and ride shares were close and cheap. I was able to get to whatever I wanted with ease. Yeah the elevator and the rooms are small but I only used the room to sleep and used the stairs most of the time. Breakfast was included and was pretty decent and they also had 24/7 snacks.

Cons:

The walls or doors were thin. And there were no quiet hours in the hotel. So at midnight people in hallway were talking and it felt like they were in the room with me. If you're a heavy sleeper, you probably would be okay but I'm not so bring ear plugs.

Estancia corta, muy bien, aprovechada por la ubicación del hotel

Todo el personal fue muy amable, incluso había una cortesía que no me habían comentado. Durante el día podías consumir un platillo de la carta en el precio de la habitación. Además del desayuno. La ciudad es hermosa. Estoy súper bien ubicada en el centro de la ciudad. Muchos restaurantes cercanos y gran facilidad para moverse a cualquier punto de la ciudad ya sea en transporte público o privado.

Cons:

La verdad es que estuve en un día bastante difícil fue el día 14 de septiembre cuando estaban empezando a arreglar el Zócalo de la Ciudad de México y por consiguiente tenían cerradas varias avenidas. Por lo que yo recomiendo ir al aeropuerto de la Ciudad de México con mucha anticipación. Habia un trámite en el aeropuerto de la Ciudad de México, que no teníamos contemplado: Formato Estadístico para Mexicanos. Nos retrasó mucho tiempo, para poder documentar maletas. Por lo que recomendamos salir muy a tiempo del hotel.

We had a wonderful stay and most enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet!
