La struttura fuori sembra datata ma dentro è moderna, ristrutturata e ha tutti i confort! La stanza era abbastanza grande, pulita e accogliente. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e la colazione era ottima, si poteva scegliere se l’english breakfast oppure la continentale!

Tutto! È stato davvero tutto perfetto la camera era davvero bella e pulita la signora che ci ha accolto è stata davvero gentile e disponibile abbiamo cenato lì ed era tutto davvero ottimo!

Praktische Lage und ausgezeichnetes Abendessen direkt im Haus.

Bei der Ankunft dachen wir als erstes einmal , ups unweit der Autostrasse gelegen. Aber der erste Eindruck täuchte. Wir hatte ein sehr geräumiges modern eingerichtetes Zimmer mit dreifach Verglasung zus Autostrassen seite. Sprich schlafen ohne Probleme möglich. Nach der inneren Seite zum Land hin, konnte man ohne weiteres das Fenster über Nacht offen lassen. Kein lärm :-) Frühstuck konnte man per Karte wählen plus interkontinental vom Buffet nehmen. Alles bestens TOP ! Wir fühlten uns von A-Z gut aufgehoben.

Piccolo “locanda” con annesso pub e ristorante, molto tranquillo, le camere danno tutte sul lato interno e sono quindi silenziose. Stanza pulita e molto carina, arredata con gusto e curata nei particolari. Super colazione scozzese. Personale davvero molto disponibile e cordiale.

If you are looking for a strategic, hassle-free location to explore the region, this is an excellent choice. The inn is situated right by the main road, which is a massive logistical advantage—it allows for quick departures in the morning and ensures a safe, straightforward arrival if you are returning late in the dark, entirely avoiding the need to navigate narrow, unlit mountain roads. It is perfectly positioned right between Cairngorms National Park, Aberfeldy, and Pitlochry.

As a 2-meter-tall traveler, finding proper ergonomics is often a challenge, but this room delivered. The bed lacked a footboard (an absolute necessity for my height) and the mattress dimensions were generous. The linens and pillows were impeccably clean, resulting in excellent sleep quality. It is worth noting that the room lacks an active ventilation system, requiring you to open the window facing the highway. While the road noise might be a factor for very light sleepers, we were completely exhausted from our daily itineraries, and it did not disturb our sleep at all.

The bathroom functioned well: solid water pressure and a reliable supply of hot water. The standard shower cabin is inevitably a bit tight for a 2m frame, but it gets the job done. The room itself was highly functional, offering a proper closet with hangers and plenty of horizontal surface area for gear. Plugs are conveniently located right by the bed for charging devices, and the Smart TV allows for a quick Netflix login. Daily housekeeping kept the space consistently sharp.

Breakfast was included and very well executed. Alongside a standard continental setup (pastries, ham, cheese, juice, cereals), you can order a hot dish of your choice from the menu. The food was genuinely tasty and carefully presented. Finally, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a secure and highly welcoming environment.

Room was comfortable for our family of 4 and had a kettle and tea etc. The choices for the included breakfast were so varied, eggs, porridge, full scottish etc. Great deal for the price! I recommend you stay in for dinner, chef Paul served up some of the best food we've had in Scotland. The highlight was the staff - they were so kind and friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed our time with them! Ellie was always a laugh :)
