The bathroom was an issue. Pipes very noisy, and the noise was from a different occupant in another room Showering.

No complaints

No elevator, so we had to carry a number of bags to the 2nd floor. (we are seniors) The lobby smells like cigarettes, booze and desperation. There were squished mosquito guts all over the lobby walls. Maintenence is nonexistent. The carpets were heaving, (a severe tripping hazard), shower tiles had black mold, peeling laminate on counter, hole between tub and door was stuffed with toilet paper.

The photos look so different from the reality.
1. The place looks so outdated. The hallways are old and the carpet is really in a bad shape.
2. The room is outdated. The door to the bathroom doesnt close properly. TV doesn't work.
3. Breakfast is really lacking.
4. And the smell, omg the smell. To be fair, this is not because of the hotel but there's a slaughter house in town (we were told) and the smell is of strong manure. It is inescapable, outside and inside the room.

No elevator, breakfast is not buffet, server mixed up orders and AC is set only for fan.

The soft beds, the smell, the dirty carpets, the hot cold shower.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

We stayed here for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.

Throughout the entire night, there was constant noise from the ventilation and cooling system, making it almost impossible to get a proper night's sleep.

The hotel does not have an elevator, which was very inconvenient, especially when traveling with elderly family members and luggage.

On several occasions, I went to the front desk for assistance, but there was no one at reception.

Breakfast was very limited, with only a few basic items available. What made the experience even worse was the behavior of one of the breakfast staff members. An older lady was rude and loudly told guests what they were and were not allowed to take from the buffet. I have never experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior in any hotel before.

Overall, this hotel failed to provide even the basic level of comfort and customer service. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. It felt more like a stressful place than a hotel.

The corridor isn’t well maintained. Gave me a vibe that the hotel is under renovation.

During breakfast, the restaurant staffs told that ‘these’ foods are included ‘these’ aren’t whereas there was no sign/mention what are the breakfast items for the hotel guests. This was a bit uncomfortable.

The staff at the reception was okay but the staff who was in the restaurant area in morning was very rude.
No greeting, no smile just gave us the menu. We asked for milk twice and than she brought it.
It was not a good start of the day. We will not choose to stay at this residence again.

It smelled like smoke and animals and there are allergies so it was a bad sleep. The photos must be outdated.

No air conditioning and it was hot during the day during our stay. Comforter on the bed was more appropriate during colder seasons. Bathroom tub/shower cold water tap could not be turned off completely. Internet (wifi) was slow probably due to signal being weak.
