It was a good location for seeing southern Alberta, making a day trip to Waterton Lakes National Park and surroundings. Indoor pool very nice and the restaurant’s food was very good.
From checking it, we had problems. Our booking wasn’t captured correctly, so we had to request a pet friendly room, although we asked for that when making the booking. The room we got didn’t have a coffee machine, nor a kettle. The 2 beds’ mattresses were so old and worn out, sleeping was awful.
Neither rooms’ aircons/heaters worked properly.
The waiter at the breakfast buffet was so confused because the incorrect room nr was given to him, then he was so rude and didn’t even want to warm some of the milk for us.
With the change of rooms during check-in, the pet friendly room was never amended to be for 2 nights, so our room’s access cards stopped working during the day.
The hotel is old and need some maintenance, proper cleaning of the rooms as well.

Very soft mattresses
Breakfast was good and waitresses was very pleasant.
No shampoo or conditioner only a bar of soap. No tea only 2 coffee and only 2 paper cups. I have paid much less and got more at other places. Would not recommend or stay again.

We were so happy with our stay at the Heritage Inn! We were a family with three teenage children. We had a room with three queen beds. It was so roomy with a separate toilet room. It was so clean and the staff were excellent. Even the restaurant staff were attentive to everyone during breakfast. We will definitely stay here again

Property is very well kept! Super clean, pool area was beautiful, rooms were great, all staff we interacted with were phenomenal. Super close to attractions surrounding pinchers creek!
Lounge area food service closed down earlier than we were expecting.
The manager talked with us and he was friendly and helpful. The chef was extraordinary, the lasagna, the meat and breakfast were delicious.

The staff are exceptional, very Customer focused.Nothing was too much trouble. My wife had injured her foot and was stuck in the room..no problem for Blue who works in the restaurant, a to go meal sorted (delicious), and another satisfied customer. This morning we received excellent service from Janet, who is very personable and looked after us like we were royalty.
A great location for anyone who wants to explore the area, in particular Waterton. Definitely will stay there again!!
I have no niggles or complaints about this hotel. The rooms are a great size and clean and tidy!!
