The rugs were very dirty, and the comforter was also stained. The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement. In addition, the receptionist was very rude. Even though I had reserved breakfast, we were still charged and had to pay $16 per person out of pocket. The receptionist refused to waive the charge, which was very disappointing.

Good location but misleading and not a comfortable stay.
Pros:

It was in a good location for my commercial truck.

Cons:

I didn’t like that it had advertised an A/C room but when I got in it, it felt like the heat was on full blast but the thermostats weren’t on. And in the bedroom they only had a big fan plugged in blowing at the bed. Blowing hot air. I am not pleased with this stay. I’m considering other places next time I think.

Budget hotel based on price and dated facilities was comfortable but will stay elsewhere next time.
Pros:

Location was good, middle of town right on the main drag. Lowest price for lodging (for several reasons), front desk staff was nice.

Cons:

Featured amenities were lacking: the atrium was not open my entire stay, whirlpool still out of commission (very long time based on previous reviews), the room was dated with a large red stain on the carpet, advertised breakfast items were not available. And after booking online through Booking.com (because there are no other options) breakfast was not available to add to the room.
