We had a wonderful stay.
Pros:

Loved the slide in the pool and the pool

Cons:

A map of restaraunts that are in walking distance would have been a plus.

wonder how long it will take to get my money put back on my credit card
Cons:

couldnt swim in the pool not heated.That was the reason we booked the room cancelled our stay and went to another more expensive motel with a heated pool

Staff were very friendly and helpful, great place to stay.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and accommodating; we had booked 2 rooms, and on check in they changed one so that we were side by side which was much appreciated. We also got a ground floor room which was helpful for my mother who uses a walker and cannot do stairs very well. The communication throughout the booking process was also excellent.

Cons:

It was all good, nothing negative to say about it. The check in and check out was very efficient, and it was a good central location too.

hotel met my expectations
Pros:

The bed was quite comfortable. There was limited selection of items at the breakfast buffet and the buffets were not available on all mornings. When not available, my breakfast order was taken and the meal delivered to me from the kitchen. Overall the breakfasts were adequate. it was nice that there was a pool and a gym, though i didn't have the opportunity to use either of them

I likely won't stay there again. I'll try a different Hotel.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable

Cons:

The TV picture was poor, the volume continuously turned off on its own, the bathtub was dirty, there were long black hairs on the sheets and the carpet felt greasy . I had to wear shoes all the time. The hotel is very outdated.
