Great except for the TV reception.
Pros:

The new building and rooms. The staff actively tries to solve any problems that you have.

Cons:

The cable. I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times. Every time the cable reception was terrible even the new building had the same problem. The rooms that have smart TVs the picture is perfect on the apps. So the problem is not the TV, it’s the cable service.

Pros:

I stay at the Savannah Hotel whenever I visit the Philippines at least a day or two. Savannah Hotel has the softest Beds that I have found so far. I have stayed in 7 or more hotels and Savannah Mattresses are the best. Internet speed and connectivity are always very good. Restaurant on site with good prices for in house meals. Friendly staff and 24 hour security.

Pros:

As usual, all the staff's service, from the Security to the receptionist to the room Service had not deteriorated. Service was exceptional. I feel as if I was at home. Room was very big and clean. Would recommend this hotel to anyone without second thoughts.
