Patong Lodge Hotel

Layout nice, generous room size, great pool and well kept garden. Some staff nice, some not. Staff opened my room everyday for service whether I needed it or not. I found the safe open upon returning one occassion. . Nothing taken. Key activated electric socket was pulled out of the wall had to call maintenance. To avoid losing deposit for room. I was more at risk from delitarious actions of service staff damaging the room than my quiet stay. Very noisy street, tuk tuk music booms through the building breaking sleep. Close to patong beach , dolphin circle and Bangla Rd. Smart bus access great. Cheapest option vs taxi. Nice restaurant opposite Marush. Amiristi with Phranabanee Rd great coffee shops, etc. junceylon ok but nicer cheaper shopping just next to the dolphin circle.Best food Bangla Rd night market halal option.

Hôtel vieillissant , mais personnel agréable . Proche de la plage , massage a côté de la piscine si vous le souhaiter. Nous y avons passé deux nuits chambre donnant sur la piscine .

This is a very nice hotel with good access to the northern end of the Patong beach. Walking in the road is necessary and is not recommended for children. The hotel pool is very nice. I would stay here again.

Isohko hotelli, 2 alinta kerrosta maan tason alla. osa huoneista on todella kaukana respasta ja altaalta. Kannattaa pyytää / vaihtaa huone niiden läheltä. Aamupala oli perusjuttu, sillä erolla , että kahvi oli erikoisen pahaa.
90 % venäläisiä, mutta käyttäytyminen oli ok, jopa kohtelias, ainakin tällä kertaa..
Lähellä pieni mukava ranta ja 7/11 kauppa ja muutama ravintola.
Ympäristössä kävellen liikkuminen on hankalaa, koska jalkakäytäviä ei ole. Huomattavasti rauhaisampi kuin Patongin keskusta. Itse en enää menisi tänne uudestaan, tämä kerta oli puolipakko läpikulkumatkalla Bangkokkiin. Ylleensä ottaen tämä voi olla ihan ok joillekin...?

Didn’t really like the check in at the hotel, with a barrage of money extras, ie: pay for damage, pay for bath towels, bring a person in to the hotel, (even though on my booking I had paid for 2 and I was a single traveller)
Asked for a room upgrade because the room faced out on to the main road!
Told the hotel was full.
Toilet roll was non existent for half a day before a complaint went in to reception.
Not impressed!

WiFi service was spotty. Everything else was excellent.

When we first checked in, I provided my feedback, as I was not very impressed with the Hotel infrastructure. On the next day, I was visited by the manager, Miss Rose, who was very polite and kind. She wanted to find out more why I had that impression. She listen to me, and addressed some of my concerns straightforward. I was very impressed by her approach and professionalism. On that same occasion, she kindly offered us a free pizza and a late checkout. Since then, we were very well treated, and everything ran smoothly. Hotel staff were also all very kind and polite. There is naturally room for improvement in regards to the hotel facilities, but overall I was very happy on how the manager and her staff dealt with my feedback. This is what is expected and I commend them for that. Thank you for working so hard to make our stay so pleasant. Hats off to you all:)

Enjoyed a wonderful four night stay. Excellent value for money and staff were fantastic. Highly recommended

Read through the reviews before booking the room and a few said that the hotel staff say that the hotel is full and you need to seek for refund etc. In my experience, this almost happened till I showed them the original receipt from Hotels.com! Waited about 20/30minutes JUST to check in. The staff, Arm, seemed unfriendly with the way he talk to us. The staffs were also gossiping in thai language after check in. Otherwise, the room was all good to me.

I had a 28 day stay here and the staff are so helpful, friendly, always smiling and happy to assist.

I didn’t eat much in the hotel so I can’t comment however theories plenty of local options with short walks.
I really enjoyed my stay at Patong Lodge.

I loved everything at Patong Lodge. From the moment we arrived to our departure nothing was a problem for the staff. Particularly enjoyed the vast array of food for brekky, the pool, the room. All was really great.

The hotel, staff, pool and bar were great. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay there, but the beds are incredibly hard and uncomfortable!

鬧中取靜的地點，天氣好可以步行到市中心大街跟商場，週邊也有海灘，
唯獨就飯店鄰近山邊，不開空調地板就會潮濕

Todo estuvo bien, solo tuve un problema contraté un tour con ellos para ir al carnaval el cual debí recogerme y traerme de regreso para a la hora del regreso nunca apareció, tuve que tomar un taxi pagando más de lo que pague por el transporte, hablé con ellos y me dijeron que investigarían, se comunicaron nuevamente conmigo para decirme que seguían investigando pero ya no obtuve respuesta ni devolución de mi dinero, se que los tours son agencias aparte por eso sé que no es su culpa pero si deberían ejercer más presión en la investigación.

I like that it wasn't to expensive. Still close enough to everything and they make it convenient to check out any of the day programs/activities.

Because the staff was soooo nice and it was really quiet and mixtures of nationality

Exactly what I expected. Friendly staff, clean and simple no-frills room, good location. No problems with anything. Enjoyed my stay!

over all was good ! most of the people working there were amazing , friendly and helpful !
