It looked like that staff didn’t know we had the booking. We mentioned our name but they asked where we made the booking at. Then they also asked how we were going to pay when the booking was confirmed and paid in advance. The room was big but wet limited items were provided in the room.

This hotel was a 10 minute drive to the airport. The surrounding area had several restaurants but there’s not much else if you’re looking for activities. Mr. Henry also mentioned this and offered to arrange transportation if needed. He was friendly and helpful , and the breakfast was delicious and generous. I really appreciated that his daughter lent me some money when I needed it.

The only con is the noise of cars honking and a train passing by. For me, it was not a problem at all. Mr. Henry forewarned me of this as well. Would stay again.

It was their new year celebration and everything was closed. When we arrived there was no one at the desk. Finally found someone to check us in at a house next door.
He did honor his promise to have a driver to take us to the airport. Not a good location for anything other than a quick stay over for an early departure.

Not fancy hotel, just for one night before flight next day

国内線乗り継ぎのために1泊しました。家族経営の小さなホテルです。親切に応対していただきました。建物が古く、それなりの使いにくさはありますが、リネン類は清潔ですし、シャワーは熱いお湯が出るので、問題なく過ごせました。朝４時半に近所で数羽の鶏が鳴き始めて目が覚めました（笑）。神経質な方は耳栓をどうぞ。
朝食はバフェットではなく、ベトナム風か洋風（卵料理、トースト、飲み物、果物）か選んでオーダーするシステムでした。

Needed for 8 hrs because of mismatched flights. Basic room near the airport. Was fine for what I needed.

The location is perfect, the room is pretty big, and the staff is really helpful. Jim helped us organising our trips a lot!

This hotel is shown twice on booking.com once showing 8.5 score and the second 6.3. The second one is the true outcome.
We booked this hotel as close to the airport and had everything we required but it’s dirty, smells of body odour in the bathroom and clearly needs updating.
First impressions were not good on entering the hotel as there are kids toys and general rubbish stacked up at the rear, the tables where you would eat breakfast look dirty and uninviting. On entering the rooms which are very large but the flooring is all separated, there is a window that sounds like it is open but it’s shut and very noisy from traffic. There are stains all up the wall behind the bed and other marks on walls. There is a bath with a shower over it but no screen or curtain so the bathroom will get soaked and it stank of BO
We went and found another hotel nearby which was cheaper and 100 per cent better so do not be fooled by the clearly false reviews
This was by far the worst hotel we stayed at in the whole of Vietnam and we were sadly disappointed

Five stars because we realized we were sick from a previous excursion around Vietnam and they were EXTREMELY NICE and gracious about it. We showed up weak, surprised by the neighborhood, and didn’t speak Vietnamese but they helped us get settled, spoke to us in English, helped us find a pharmacy nearby etc. They also had a really killer delicious pho that speed up our recovery and they replenished us with many bottles of water so we stayed hydrated.

Thank you to the whole family! You saved us!!

The owner, Henry, bent over backwards to help us. Called the bus driver to have him drop us at the hotel. We screwed up our time to get to the airport and he scrambled to get us there on time. The room was huge, clean and very nice. Very close to the airport with free airport transfers

The rooms were clean and fancy, it was in a great location for me, and the staff really helped me whenever they could. Several times they went above and beyond to make my stay more wonderful than I ever thought it could be.

The breakfast options weren’t that great, but considering the times and that it came free with the hotel stay I really can’t complain.

It must be a perfect stop if you have to go early to Noi Bai airport or you have a late landing. Room is nice and spacious, wifi is super in the whole hotel. The best thing here is a warming atmosphere. They, the staff and Mr. Henry (the owner), always smile and willing to help with any travel information or the good places to visit in Hanoi and Vietnam. Thank you for helping me plan my awesome trip in Vietnam. Must stay here again!! STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!

We stayed here for one night as we had an early morning flight the next day. The hotel offers airport pick-up and drop off which was very easy and convenient. The staff were great! Room was big and comfortable.

Very close to the airport (10 minute drive). Room was massive with 2 double beds. Very clean and comfortable.
We used their transport service to the old quarter as we had a late flight. The driver also collected us from a designated place and took us back to the hotel. Round trip cost 525 thousand Vietnamese Dong.
We were offered a complimentary car ride to the airport.
The staff were absolutely wonderful!

My brother and I stayed here for an overnight layover in Hanoi and were very impressed. It is a bit more expensive than comparable options but the level of service more than justifies it. They provided a complementary hotel transfer when we arrived even though it was past 10pm. The hotel is a short drive from the airport. Check-in was quick and simple. We were pleasantly surprised by our room. There were two full beds when we had been expecting twins. The room was spotless and the bathroom was nice although my 6’ brother was a bit too tall for the shower! Most importantly, the AC and fan kept the room cool all night. In morning we were pleased with the included breakfast and got to sample some pho and egg noodles. The owner is very kind and attentive and speaks good English. Overall this is a great option for a layover and visitors used to western amenities.

Stayed here before a flight out of Hanoi. This was a perfect hotel for a pre-flight stay. The receptionist was SO lovely! She even gave us a room upgrade (seemed a quiet night). Breakfast the next day was nice and fresh, cook to order food with a good number of options (pho, fried noodles, omelet, fried egg). The beds were comfy and water pressure on the shower was good. Would definitely come back here if I needed a place before flying out.
