The Regent Phuket Bangtao Beach

There is a lot of construction in the area, so it is noisy. The hotel is dirty, housekeeping is poor. From what we could see there was no second pool, the big pool has a roof which covers more than half of it, which they perhaps class as indoor and outdoor. The small, isolated part of the pool where the stools are was completely unattended, dirty with dead bugs and cigarette butt inside. Reception is not staffed 24/7, the receptionist leaves at 5pm and if you are lucky you can get hold of the security guard after that.

Hotel is priced well, close to all amenities, which is it’s beauty. Rooms clean and serviced daily. Friendly staff. The hotel we’re refurbishing some rooms which was pretty noisey at times.

Location was great, room was the nicest i’ve stayed in any country or state. For the price you get a huge kitchen, living room, bathroom with a huge tub, 2 outside decks and a hot tub outside. gym is open and a nice pool to swim in. the beach is down the street and a bunch of food is near the area

A reasonably priced accommodation. Very old interior and rooms. But has all the basic facilities you would need. NO iron or ironing board available. Reception refused to supply. Breakfast was okay. You can rent a motorbike for one week at 270 baht per day. Very nice sized pool, but not open until 08:30hrs. Boat Ave and nearby Villa Market easily walkable. No restaurant or bar. They do have good long-term rates for one month or more.

This is a bare and basic hotel. Nothing nice or luxurious about. We were so disappointed we lost all of our money and went to another nearby hotel. The photos are much nicer than I’m person.

I have now stayed at this hotel on several occasions. It is in a great location, very stylish with chilled atmosphere. It is walking distance to restaurants and shopping centre. A short scooter ride to the beach. Very clean and well run establishment. Lovely staff and all amenities supplied. Large rooms, well set out with very comfortable beds. Rates very reasonable too. I will be stay again for sure.

Facilities were good, hotel was safe and secure. The rooms can do with better lighting and air-conditioning control. Other than that, overall a pleasant experience.

This was our first stay in the Bang Tau area and we enjoyed it very much.
The hotel is located in the heart of the area, close to the main attractions and the restaurants of the area.

Nice place but the place outside the rooms is noisy.

The employes speak loud and rude people too.

The rooms in front at swimming pool have many mosquitos.

WiFi not always worked.

Персонал приветливый, завтраки нормальные одно и то же но вкусно (овощи, ветчина, сосиски, яйца, тосты, кофе) мебель чуть уставшая, но уютно и все работает. В отеле чисто, уборка хорошая. Жили с выходом в бассейн, тишина, водичка чистая и хорошая, температура идеальная, не горячая не холодная.Вай фай нормальный и в номере и по территории. Кстати тренажерный зал вообще можно сказать его нет, там такая духота что позаниматься просто нереально. До моря пешком было бы далеко, но мы на байке, поэтому 2 минуты с ветерком - супер) Третий раз на Банг Тао, все ухоженное, чистота, пляж конечно идеальный, людей мало, но эти медузы и живность в море все портит, купаешься и тебя все время жалят при чем все три раза, видимо вода здесь застаивается и живности много. Скорее всего сюда больше не поедем.

Amazing price with the hotel quality..... except it is in a remote area if u wanna go out better rent a car by urself or hire a driver .... it takes 30-40 mins drive to patong even not in a peak hour

Keine 4 Sterne - 1 Stern ist zu viel

- Der Raum ist total schmutzig und am Spiegel befindet sich Schimmel.
- Die Türen zu den Zimmern fallen ins Schloss, als würde es ein Erdbeben geben, was zu Folge hat, dass man - bei Gästen die um 6 aufstehen - direkt mit aufwachen wird. Das gilt für den GESAMTEN Gang!
- Das Personal ist unfreundlich und unfähig mit Beschwerden umzugehen.
- Das Frühstück ist - naja Reis mit Gemüse - dürftig bestückt.
- Die Lage ist alles andere als gut, weit entfernt vom Strand oder von Restaurants und im Hotel gibt es auch keine Küche am Abend.
- Das Thema mit der Klimaanlage: Entweder gab es arktische Temperaturen mit eisigen Winden oder ohne Klima eine schweißtreibende Sauna.
- Zu guter Letzt darf man sich dann noch über andere Gäste im Zimmer freuen, also riesige Küchenschaben. (4 Stück gesichtet, die dann unter dem Bett übernachteten)

Ganz großes NEIN zu diesem Hotel!!!!

we enjoyed our 5 nights of stay. walking distance to shops and restaurants. if you want to go to the beach is a bit far we pay 200 in the taxi just to get to the beach.

the staff are nice and anyone can go straight to the elevator without noticing the reception. the bed is the hardest bed we slept. the main door of our room is hard to lock. i cannot lock myself even if were inside or outside.
but we love the location most.

Nice hotel. Basic needs are met.
Menu for the daily breakfast can be improved further. Change the breakfast variety instead of the same food everyday.

Nice place to stay, room was clean and spacious, the staff friendly and accommodating and the facilities well maintained. The included breakfast was great. After reading some of the reviews I was apprehensive but my experience was very pleasant and great value. People who complain about this type of accommodation should stay at home

Nice room with kitchen.
We got a pool access room which is a surprise.
Excellent room service, wash the dishes for us everyday and clean the floor.

Hotell av normal västerländsk standard. AC, TV och Safebox. Fint och välutrustat gym. Kul med bubbel badkar på balkongen. Vissa rum har direktaccess till poolen.
