An excellent stay as always it will be. Great assistance by all staff like house keeping, front desk, valet, restaurant. Everyone is excellent at their job. Seemran and alem at front desk will give you a warm welcome and they will fulfill all your requirements and special requests if any without saying no at any point of time. Thank you oakwood

Best service apartment experience
Pros:

The place was a suprise. Never been to a serviced apartment before. The rooms were clean spacious bf was neat and had the right choices and neha was really warm and helpful to make the experience a lot more nicer

Excellent stay
Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I’d definitely stay here again and special thanks to Naveen he is very helpful and coordinating in all the aspects

Exceeded my expectations - mainly due to the wonderful staff.
Pros:

The reception staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful - providing a room for a short while for us to freshen up, after a long flight and early morning arrival. We chose a small suite which has everything you would need for a longer stay eg washing machine, cooking facilities etc - though we only stayed 1 night. The room was large, clean and great views of the Financial District. Breakfast was good - a range of Indian and Continental options. I would certainly stay here again.
Also I had had some communication in the weeks before we arrived, about leaving our luggage in their safe keeping between our early morning arrival until our room was ready. Their responses were prompt and clear.

Cons:

Nothing really. One elevator was being upgraded so it was a bit slow waiting for the remaining one but that’s only a temporary thing.
