Awesome Stay
Pros:

Free shuttle to and from Matsumoto station. Executive Lounge Tea Time and Cocktail time were highlight. The room was clean, comfortable bed. Their staff was super attentive from beginning to the end of our stay. Will be returning next year.

Pros:

아침식사는 뷔페식이었고 음식 가짓수도 많았고 맛이있었다. 위치는 역에서 10분이상 걸어야했지만 힘들정도는아니었다.호텔 인테리어는 좀 올드한 느낌이 났으나 넓고 좋았다.

Pros:

Good location. Easy to walk around town. Breakfast decent for the room price. Laundry was good. Little park in front of hotel for the kids to play in the snow!

Cons:

Beds were a bit hard and not cosy linen. Twin room was bit small if two adults and two kids.
