Comfortable clean and the service was amazing

Cons:

The temperature control didn't work. Had to open the window to cool the stuff room. The air con was still pumping out heat when i set it to 18 degrees

Good overnight stay
Pros:

Room spacious and surprisingly quiet noise wise for a big hotel
Parking (paid) 5-7 minute walk easy but able to load and unload outside of main entrance. Access to an Onsen - hotel provides a shuttle bus

Cons:

Breakfast time was a busy buffet - but this was a weekend stay so inevitable

Awesome Stay
Pros:

Free shuttle to and from Matsumoto station. Executive Lounge Tea Time and Cocktail time were highlight. The room was clean, comfortable bed. Their staff was super attentive from beginning to the end of our stay. Will be returning next year.
