Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The staff at reception came across as quite reserved and not very friendly. The room was extremely warm despite the air conditioning running.
During our trip, we stayed in several three-star hotels that offered better service and facilities at a lower price.
We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

מלון טוב מאד עם צוות עובדים מקצועי ואדיב.
Pros:

היחס של נציגת הקבלה היה אדיב וראוי להערכה.
החדר שהזמנו היה בגודל סביר. המיטות היו רחבות ונוחות מאד.
בקומה שלנו היה טרקלין שבו הוגשו שתייה קרה וחמה ומטעמים ללא תשלום.ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת וטובה מאד.

Pros:

ごはんもおいしかったし、予約すれば無料の温泉に連れていってもらえるというところが、母と泊まって良かったところです。

Cons:

隣の部屋の音が結構聞こえて、浴室と隣接しているところがベッドの頭側だったので、音が気になりました。
