- Staff were very friendly and helpful
- Great location
- Onsen facilities at partner hotel were very good although you had to travel

The staff were welcoming and very caring of all guests.
Pros:

I really appreciated how I was treated there, I honestly didn't want to leave. The staff was so helpful and friendly, I dropped off my luggage before check in ( I messaged them to confirm it was ok), then came back to check in, my stuff was already in the room. What really made my trip was the offer of a sandwich box to go if you cant make breakfast. It's a small box but a huge gesture that I will never forget when I think of HBV! The trip to the onsens was amazing too!

Pros:

Comfortable clean and the service was amazing

Cons:

The temperature control didn't work. Had to open the window to cool the stuff room. The air con was still pumping out heat when i set it to 18 degrees
