客室はリフォームされているようで広く清潔、上階からは展望も良いが、客室内の水回り設備は古く、浴室の壁が一部破損していたりひび割れていた。大浴場は広く、温泉でよかった。露天風呂もあってゆっくり浸かろうと思ったが、ポンプの真横なのかその音が気になってしまった。大声で会話する客がいたので注意書を掲示してはどうかと思った。素泊まり予約の値段が高いと感じた。追加した朝食は美味しかった。眺めが良いのに、ホテルの展望フロアが営業していないのが残念だった。

Pros:

big rooms !! really big !! twice as big as normal Japan hotel room !! we like it!! Onsen got ample bathing space !! good indoor outdoor pool !! ample parking space and free . many restaurants options if you are driving . yakiniku at Sadoya is 5 stars !! gelato and sweets at Elmo near Castle is 5 stars !!

we loved this hotel and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

the staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful!
the room itself was very spacious.

Cons:

the bathroom is a bit outdated, but that’s okay cause it was clean at least.

Pros:

温泉に入り、ゆっくり癒されようと宿泊しました。大浴場の湯船は室内２つと露天１つあり、気持ちよく浸かれました。部屋も適度に快適でしたが、空調が夜中に入ったのか若干暑かったです。朝食のバイキングは普通でした。

空調の効きは良好、浴室・トイレは別、駐車場は屋根付き。

spacious and luxrious
Pros:

stayed one night at standard twin. the front desk was kind enough to help me check in though it was late at night at 0:30. the room was quite spacious and the night view was great. i also felt comfortable ('japanese omotenashi') at quick and kind check out process.

Pros:

This hotel was beautiful and the staff extremely welcoming. The front desk did their best to make sure I was satisfied. At check in their was no one who could speak English that well, but the next day when I had some questions there was someone else who could help me extend my stay. The room itself was excellent with comfortable pillows and plenty of tea, cleansers, razors, all replaced if I used anything. I especially enjoyed the Onsen onsite and made sure to visit almost every day of my 7 day stay. They have several restaurants and we enjoyed the buffet one night to sample many foods from the area. My husband said the desserts were fantastic. There is a 7-Eleven next door which came in handy for drinks, snacks, alcohol and some meals. Yes, 7-Eleven has meals in Japan! Overall I would definitely stay here next time I visit Kofu as my daughter lives there and I anticipate I will be back.

清潔感があり、スタッフもとても感じよく、居心地いいホテルでした。また、お風呂がとても気持ちよく、露天風呂もあり感激しました。朝のバイキングがちょっと残念、ランチの方がお得感あります。

設備はやや古いようですが、
お部屋は広くゆったりしており、清潔です。
スタッフがとても親切で感じが良い方々でした。
コンビニがあるのは良いのですが、エレベーターから距離があるのが、不便でした。
上階の鉄板焼きも、眺めが良く、気に入りました（ワインの種類がもっとあったらもっと良かったですが）
全体としては雰囲気が良い快適なホテルでした。

Pros:

フロントが機械的対応で、明るくない。部屋の便器がアンモニアの匂い。居酒屋のトイレみたい。レストランの店員がタクシーや代行の知識が乏しく接待に使いづらい。中居は普通。
