Geweldig hotel. Grandioze kamer voorzien van alle gemakken en bubbelbad op het balkon.. Heerlijk ontbijt en diner. Super vriendelijk personeel. De spa-faciliteiten waren geweldig.

La struttura è molto curata anche se un po' datata, tranne la zona nuova dove abbiamo soggiornato, spa e piscine davvero molto belle. La Yacuzzi privata sulla terrazza con vista Sassolungo è incredibile però non basta

Se non ci fosse stato questo sgradevole episodio, la valutazione sarebbe stata diversa.
Io e mia moglie abbiamo un bimbo di 2 mesi che una sera a cena ha deciso di fare il "pazzo". Per non disturbare gli altri ospiti ci siamo spostati nella sala adiacente vuota per calmare il piccolo e abbiamo chiesto ai camerieri se gentilemente potevano apparecchiarci un tavolo e inizialmente sembrava non ci fossero problemi. Dopo poco il cameriere, immensamente dispiaciuto e imbarazzato, ci riferisce che purtroppo la direzione, una giovane ragazza, ha respinto la nostra richiesta perché non poteva aprire una sala solo per noi, sottolineando più volte che non poteva accendere le luci solo per un tavolo e che siccome quella era casa sua, lei e solo lei aveva potere di decidere. Schifati dalla poca comprensione nei confronti di una coppia con un bambino molto piccolo, con l'indignazione dei camerieri e degli altri ospiti che hanno assistito alla cosa, mia moglie indispettita dalla situazione decide quindi non non cenare e di tornare in camera. La gestione della nostra richiesta e l'arroganza di quella ragazza in un hotel semi vuoto, lascia capire tante cose e ci ha lasciati con l'amaro in bocca.
Per quanto riguarda la cucina, senza infamia e senza lode, decisamente migliorabile, niente di eccezionale. I prezzi delle bevande sono allucinanti, 5€ per una bottiglia di acqua neanche sigillata. Prezzo del lettino per il neonato 300€, da pazzi. Il frigorifero il camera ci mette due giorni per rinfrescare le bevande.

struttura accogliente acne se un po' datata, per la qualità dei servizi scadente

Struttura eccellente, soggiorno rilassante e rigenerante
Pros:

Il personale è molto gentile ed accomodante, tutti molto sorridenti e competenti. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e la terrazza con idromassaggio con vista sulle Dolomiti è veramente la ciliegina sulla torta. La struttura è molto bella e molto curata, la parte in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi è nuova e accogliente, probabilmente è un'ala della struttura che è stata inserita in un secondo momento. Le piscine sono molto curate così come gli spazi esterni. Siamo stati molto bene.

Cons:

Unica pecca che mi permetto di far notare è che il personale, su alcuni servizi, non è stato molto trasparente: ci hanno invitato a mettere l'auto nel parcheggio sotterraneo, senza però dirci che il servizio ha un costo giornaliero. Stessa cosa è successa con le bevande: non ci è stato specificato che, nonostante avessimo la cena inclusa, le bevande compresa l'acqua sono a pagamento. Non sarebbe stato un problema, come non lo è stato, pagare questi servizi in quanto erano di nostro interesse, avremmo però gradito se ci fosse stato comunicato al momento opportuno. Per il resto, niente da eccepire.

За три дня пребывания номер не убирали ни разу. Это отель 4 звезды??? Полотенца не меняли. В зоне спа полотенец не предлагали. Холодильник в номере не работал, поменяли в конце второго дня. Произошел конфликт со старшим официантом. Во время первого завтрака нам предложили поменять стол без объяснений причин. Мы поблагодарили, но отказались. Пока мы ходили за блюдами, табличку с нашим номером убрали. Мы попросили вернуть. Персоналу это не понравилось, но табличку вернули. Когда мы пришли на ужин, наша табличка стояла на другом столе. В день отъезда на завтраке наш стол стоял не сервированным, без указания нашего номера. Воспринимаю эту ситуацию, как попытку персонала оскорбить клиента, что немыслимо для серьезного заведения. Моя просьба к администратору дать имя официанта, не нашла понимания, старшая сотрудница на ресепшине также отказалась представиться. Эта ситуация представляется абсолютно недопустимой. Очень разочарован.

Struttura bellissima,con spa, piscine esterna e interne
Posizione tranquilla da cui si possono facilmente raggiungere con i frequenti bus( a cui si accede tramite il Qr code fornito dall’hotel) tutte le località da dove partono le escursioni.
Colazione varia e abbondante, altrettanto la cena con ottimo buffet di antipasti. Personale estremamente gentile.
