Wypoczynek z pięknym widokiem
Pros:

Strefa SPA dokładnie taka jak na obietnicach. Ciepłe baseny dostępne nawet jak pada (zasłaniane na noc i złą pogodę), jedno jacuzzi i sztuczne jeziorko w którym można się zanurzyć! Dużo leżaków. Cudowne miejsce do odwiedzenia latem. Śniadania nie zawodzą, opcja niepełnego wyżywienia to nie tylko śniadanie i kolacja ale też poczęstunek w ciągu dnia. Piękne widoki, nie można się napatrzeć. Pokoje czyste, dużo luster (np jedno nad łóżkiem)

Cons:

Wszystkie napoje dodatkowe (woda do kolacji) dodatkowo płatne. Woda w lodówce w pokoju dodatkowo płatna. Uważam że woda mogłaby już być w standardzie przy takiej stawce za pokój. Dobrze że nie trzeba było płacić za kawę do śniadania 😂
Lokalizacja też daleko od miasta więc ciężko wyskoczyć wieczorem, raczej trzeba założyć pobyt w hotelu albo poruszanie się samochodem. Ah - i parking też jest dodatkowo płatny

Não valeu o valor investido.
Pros:

Confesso um que me decepcionou bastante a acomodação. Pelo preço, eu esperava uma experiência de resort de alto nível. O café da manhã é muito bom, o jantar foi ok, os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e as piscinas com massagem são bem boas.

Cons:

Achei o quarto bem pouco confortável, após abrir a porta havia um lance enorme de escadas a subir pra acessar ao quarto. Achei pouquíssimo prático, a gente com malas, tendo subir uma escada dessa altura. Embora tenha gostado da área de spa e piscinas, achei o horário muito restrito: se o sol só se põe as 21h, pra que limitar o acesso à piscina até 20h? Outro ponto foi o fato de um hotel desse porte não ter ar condicionado no quarto! Sei que nas Dolomitas faz frio, mas fomos no verão, num calor de 30 graus e não tinha ar!! Outro ponto que me incomodou foi cobrarem a água consumida no jantar (que estava incluso no regime de meia pensão) sendo que não era uma água de supermercado, era uma garrafa com água do filtro do hotel! E ainda a 4 euros!!!! O maior valor de água que já paguei, sendo era do filtro e estávamos ao lado da nascente da maior fonte de água potável da Itália. Enfim, não voltarei! Há opções melhores nas Dolomitas e com custo benefício melhor.

הסוויטה היתה מרווחת ,ברמת נקיון גבוהה.
היה חסר מזגן כי היה חם ,ממליצה להתקין מאוורר תקרה לפחות .

Mooi hotel met goede faciliteiten. Aan receptie erg aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijtbuffet is goed en bij halfpension voorbuffet en nabuffet zeer gevarieerd en lekker.

Cons:

Bij halfpension is vlees en vis prima. Jammer dat elke dag de groenten overkookt zijn en groenten en aardappelen al vooraf bereid zijn en dus niet vers.

כל דבר לוקחים כסף. ממש לא לעניין. המיים שבמקרר בחדר בתשלום של 4 יורו. החדרים ישנים. כשהגענו לקבלה אמרו שאפשר להחנות את הרכב בחנייה של המלון ולא ציינו פרט חשוב שזה בעלות של 11 יורו ליום!!! בנוסף כשביקשנו מים בבר בהזמנה של שתייה חייבו אותנו ב-2 יורו על כוס מים. הפקידות בקבלה לא שירותיות ולא נעימות. הזמנו טיפולי ספא- היו במחיר גבוה ולא ברמה גבוהה.

having initially booked this hotel in error (Daimant Spas everywhere!) we have had 2 great trips.
Pros:

lovely hotel in a great location for skiing. The spa facilities are amazing. This was our second visit. The food choice and quality was excellent. Ortesei is a 15 minute walk and is the nicest town in the Dolomites.

Cons:

the bar area organist, for my tastes was too loud.
the non spa facilities could do with some attention for example the games room could have better ventilation and the gym more loose weights. But I am being picky.
