Vi kommer aldrig tilbage dertil

Beliggenheden og beskrivelsen inden vi ankom, som også var derfor vi valgte stedet.
Dejligt badeværelse

Cons:

Ingen personale de første 2 dage, nøglen tog vi ud af en box og låste os ind, på trods af at der skulle være døgnbetjent reception. Vi ringede til hotellet og fik at vide at ejeren gerne ville komme men skulle ud til sine børn først !
Ingen service eller betjening men prisen var i top.
Alt var låst og utilgængeligt. Vi måtte gå igennem en sidegang når vi skulle ind og ud. Indgangen til hovedgaden var låst.
Det var opreklameret som det bedste hotel i området, det stemte ikke.
Da vi påtalte vores utilfredshed med hotellets service blev vi blot mødt af bortforklaringer.
Morgenmaden fik vi kun på tredje dagen og betalte for den selv om det stod på fakturaen at den var inklusive.
Restauranten var ikke åben for vi skulle rejse.
Det var et dyrt selvbetjeningshotel.

Verblijf in 16e eeuwse sferen
Pros:

De fantastisch ligging nabij het oude centrum met vele 16e eeuwse vakwerkhuizen en horeca.
Hotel zelf is ook uit die tijd, een plaatje!
Ontvangst zeer vriendelijk , fantastisch diner en uitgebreid vers ontbijt.
Eigen parkeerterrein is top.

Absolutely brilliant location, charming rooms, polite staff and very god breakfast
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel in really charming old building iun character with the center of Idstein. Rooms of course are as expected in building of such an age - uneven flooring, but very well renovated and refreshed inside. Bedsd are probably the most comfortable overall we had in the 10 day trip staying in vatious hotels. Breakfast was great. Very polite and pleasant reception staff. And the best part - hotel is in quiet street 200m away from historical center of Idstein.

Cons:

Just one tiny thing for the hotel staff: please please replace your pillows with something more substantial - the ones we had looked fluffy but when used let out all air and became practically flat.
