The hotel is a bit old.

Osoblje na bazenu i generalno na ulazu u cijelu relax zonu je jako nezainteresovano i bez neke velike pomoci.
Everything was spot on apart from the Aircon the last 2 nights but was giving a fan so done the trick amazing staff very helpful would definitely recommend a stay 🌠👍

Special special shout-out to the General Manager, Fatma Nur who went above and beyond to resolve a booking glitch for us. Their professionalism and quick thinking turned a stressful moment into a seamless experience. It’s clear that great service starts at the top here.

KĂĽhlschrank war auĂźer Betrieb, Dusche war nicht ok. Fernbedienung hatte nicht funktioniert. Die Pool mit eigene Schwimkappe Regel hat mir nicht gefallen.
