Bei besseren Service-Mitarbeitern im Gastro-Bereich sehr gerne wieder,
Pros:

Tolle Juniorsuiten.
Sehr schöner Poolbereich.
Die Services-Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und ausserordentlich hilfreich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Service beim Frühstück war schlecht, bis ein Kaffee serviert wurde hatten wir schon fast das erste Brötchen aufgegessen. Die Kellner haben uns tlw. ignoriert.

Schöner Bade- und Wellnessbereich - sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet auch auf der Terrasse möglich - sehr freundliches Personal - ausgezeichnete Lage an der Promenade mit Seezugang - gut eingerichtete moderne und saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage - Parkplätze stehen gratis in der nähe zur Verfügung, gegen Aufpreis in der Tiefgarage - Fahrradverleih - großer Liegebereich in Seenähe

Ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Bardolino !
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ganz o.k., die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, die Größe des Zimmers und des Badezimmers ist in Ordnung.
Die Terrasse des Hotels ist sehr schön und man kann auch draußen frühstücken.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksangebot war nicht sehr groß, man musste z.B. für ein Omelett extra bezahlen, Lachs gab es auch nicht jeden Morgen, nur gegen Aufpreis. Der Balkon zum Parkplatz und zur Straße war nicht sehr schön.

Wunderbarer erholsamer Urlaub in Bardolino.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die Lage ist spitze. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, das zu jederzeit unglaublich freundlich war und weitergeholfen hat. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite, die hat unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Es war rundherum ein wunderbarer Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gorgeous location with amazing pool and spa!
Pros:

Amazing facility - the pool is brand new and is beautifully designed to make you feel like you are swimming in the lake. The spa is clean and well designed. Very relaxing. Breakfast was excellent and the evening entertainment seemed good

Cons:

We stayed in a room that was a bit dated. Perfectly clean but it felt a bit dated. Given the price we paid, didn’t feel luxurious. Also the pool was not supervised by any staff and some children were throwing balls around and some were even hanging off the waterfall chute!

Für einen Kurztrip bei dem man nicht viel Teit auf dem Zimmer verbringt ausreichend, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Die Lage war direkt am See, aber etwas entfernt vom Zentrum. Ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker.

Cons:

Es wurde 2 Tage nach Buchung 50% des Preises abgebucht, obwohl auf Booking com stand, dass der Aufenthalt erst im Hotel fällig wird. Das Waschbecken im Bad lief sehr schlecht ab und wurde auch nach Reklamation nicht repariert. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind älter und bedürften einer Modernisierung um den Preis zu rechtfertigen. Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer ist nicht sehr hygienisch. Das Bad ist noch mit auf Putz liegendem Spülkasten und einer sehr alten Duschverkleidung und Armatur. Die Plastikstühle auf dem Balkon hatten keine Sitzauflagen.
