Heritage Inn & Suites

Stayed here for a hockey tournament Nov 28–30. Rooms are dated but fine—except ours (and several others) had NO heat during -27°C weather. No alternate rooms were available, so we used a space heater. Night staff were kind, but management (Eric) never returned calls despite multiple calls. Customer service is poor. You might pay for a room and not get heat. Hockey tournament coordinators: book elsewhere! Try the Days Inn across the street instead. Avoid this hotel.

Room and bathroom were dated and had a stale smell. Had to tell a family that their kids shouldn't be playing in the hallways one evening. They thought it was ok as it wasn't 'quiet time'. Really?? Take them to a playground!! Outside door didn't close properly - great security!!

The property was dated and had a lingering smell of mildew in the room(s).

Staff was indifferent

We rented a room from this hotel as it was a reasonable price but we were more than pleased. The hotel was very clean, we were greeted with a smile. It was a great stay.

We were travelling across the country staying in moderate motel accommodations to economize. This was the nicest place we stayed in for one of the lowest price points. Had everything we needed, a spacious room, with tiny kitchenette, included breakfast and friendly staff.

Nice hotel this is our second stay we will book again in the future

Excellant hotel

Great place to stay the staff is very nice and friendly. Pool is always clean and the breakfast is great and the rooms are very clean.

A pass key like the rooms for pool would be better as the key is difficult at times to get it to unlock door. A great place to stay with food options close by

The building is really nice and the breakfast was good even though there were no hot items offered. A nice touch was fresh fruit cups. There was a restaurant next door but not open for supper.

Friendly staff

The beds are starting to sag. Bad for your back. The exercise bike electrical readout was dead. Bad breakfast

We stayed in a double queen room for 2 nights. We usually stay there twice a year but we will no longer be staying there. The mattresses have not been replaced, probably since they opened. They were saggy and we both ended up with very sore backs. The cleaners do not leave you any dish soap or dish cloths but they also did not leave us with any clean dishes - we had to ask for clean items. They also did not replenish the coffee and supplies - we also asked for but did not ever receive.

Well run with the friendliest staff. Always willing to help. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Our two day stay was really pleasant. Every kind of restaurant fast food to great steak was within a few miles .

Front desk was unattended at times making you have to wait for check in and check out. Also, you can to go to the front desk for a physical key to the pool which was inconvenient especially when you are in a swim suit.
