Love this place, will definitely return.
Pros:

Everything was great from the front desk staff to the cottage we stayed in. The bed was very comfortable, clean and it was quiet in the evening times. We loved the patio chairs and table to be able to sit outside and enjoy the view of the ocean and lots of places to shop at and eat close by so we didn’t have to drive our whole visit.

I would not recommend this hotel unless you want to be up all night
Pros:

The staff was very nice

Cons:

The noise from the restaurant went on till after 3 AM every night. There was no way you could get any sleep until after then, and they called it. A premium room was way overpriced and should not even be rented. It was a horrible experience. I will never stay there again. We had another couple and another room. They had the same experience.

Pros:

Excellent location. On the beach, close to restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops. Staff very friendly and ready to help.

Cons:

We stayed five nights before Christmas. Very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights although the bars are at a distance.

Disappointed for the amount of money we spent on a three day vacation! Now I wish I had taken pictures of the garage tru
Pros:

Accommodations were good but don’t be fooled they put us in the north building that they never showed in pictures witch is behind other businesses so you don’t see the ocean and the garbage trucks wake you up every morning at 5 am and I mean it is loud! Homeless people sleeping on the side of the building and garbage trucks garbage trucks all day

Cons:

Never got to stay at the original property, but people I saw looked content!

Nice beach stay
Pros:

The staff and housekeeping team are friendly, helpful, and responsive to texts/calls. I was worried about the location not having AC, but the room was still comfortable with the fan on and if you left the balcony door open during the day. The location is right on the beach which is great and close to a lot of restaurants and the fishing dock you can easily walk to.

Cons:

Our room was facing the bars and people hang out close to the building, so it was noisy on weekend nights even with the balcony door closed.

We enjoyed our stay at the beach cottages in San Diego!
Pros:

Great location, right on the beach! Vintage—feels like stepping back to the 70’s.
The rooms have a small kitchenette with a coffee maker.

Cons:

Aesthetically a little tired. There is a restaurant/bar attached, so you might hear some noise late at night. No pool / hot tub.
