Cons:

The carpet was extremely dirty, and the hotel was very noisy. Trams passed every minute, causing the walls to vibrate and making it impossible to sleep. The soundproofing between rooms was terrible, so we could hear our neighbours making all kinds of noise.

Upon arrival, I was given a room with no working lights. When I complained, the staff explained that the lighting needed to be repaired and had simply placed a lamp in the room. After I insisted, they eventually gave me another room.

There was no breakfast included. On the positive side, the shower had hot water. Overall, the cleanliness, noise levels and poor room maintenance made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room very small and the bathroom was poor. Very small shower cubicle.

Really comfortable & pleasant

I did not get value for money. It is not a place I would like to lodge again
Pros:

The bed was okay

Cons:

The washroom. The toilet was broken and fixed with some cellotape. The mirror in the washroom was cracked.

The chair in my room was very dirty. The noise from the trains was bad.

Avoid unless it’s a super last resort!
Pros:

It was a last minute booking as lots of other hotels were filling booked but my goodness it was awful. It smelt, it was filthy and felt like a cover for some dodgy business.
Definitely not worth the money at all - they should be paying you to stay there as part of a dare! It’s a place where you want to bathe yourself in antibacterial wash after!

Cons:

Everything!
