There is much potential in this property, but it is in serious need of cleaning services.
Pros:

We were a group of 4 ladies on a girls night out. The 2 bedroom apartment with a pullout couch in the living room was appealing to us.

Cons:

The property has a lot of potential and good set up with ease in checking in and out. However, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room as it was very apparent it is in need of a deep clean. A lot of dust and grime on surfaces, as well as handprints on walls. The base of the toilet was very dirty as well as the floor area in the bathroom. We watched a movie and prepared for bed at 11 pm when we noticed there was no bedding for the pullout couch. When we pulled out the couch I noticed there were sheets on the bed, but so much dirt was visible in exposed areas, i definitely didn’t trust the condition of the sheets and closed it up and just slept on top of the couch. I tried messaging to ask for pillows and bedding but it was too late and never got a reply till the morning. I would expect those items to be available in the room, never noticed there were no closets till it was too late. It was nice that they had filtered water available in the main lobby..however, the kitchen area down there was quite dirty as well.

It's a different vibe than a hotel and it is unique and clean. It's like an airBNB but bettwr!

Great staff, clean, bed/pillow so-so, I wouldn't have stayed if I knew about kitchen duties.

Front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. A pleasure to deal with.
