Great staff, clean, bed/pillow so-so, I wouldn't have stayed if I knew about kitchen duties.
Pros:

Front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. A pleasure to deal with.

Cons:

I shouldn't have to wash all the dishes and take the garbage/recycling out into the dumpster in the alley.

Clean, quiet, cool place, better than the standard "hotel" vibe.
Pros:

Great location, quiet. Appreciated the living space and nice not being in a standard hotel room for a few days. Well-kept and cared for, clean and comfy.

Overall a pretty good option.
Pros:

We stayed in 1 of three buildings that make up this property. It had a nice kitchen at ground level and 4 bedrooms ( with baths) upstairs. This would be great for four couples traveling together.

Cons:

People off the late ferry from Port Hardy arrived around 1 am which was noisy. The street out front was also a bit noisy.
There was a boil water advisory for the city and the property did not supply any drinking water but suggested and we should boil our own. They should at least have a bottle or two of water for arriving guests.This seems very

Feeling at home in Prince Rupert
Pros:

We were warmly welcomed even arriving quite late, the gentleman mentioned that he is used to it as he waits for guests arriving from the ferry. He was very helpful, kind.
We had a room in one of the houses, on the first floor. Large roome, very comfortable bed, large bathroom.
Besides, if you stay enough time, you have the use of the full ground floor as if you were at home ! Super nice experience, would definitely recommend this place for anyone who stay at Prince Rupert for a night or more.

nothing except having so little time to spend at this place
