Pros:

Ankunft um 1:00h mit der Fähre. Einchecken kein Problem!

Cons:

Sehr einfach. Zimmer in 2 Zimmer-Appartement. Kaffeegeruch schon früh am Morgen von 2. Bewohner. Sehr einfach. An großer Straße gelegen!

Pros:

Very stylish guesthouse. Shared kitchen had lots of fridge room room for overnight food storage. 6th ave west is a very busy street (noisy) for street facing rooms.

Cons:

Don't think there is any insulation between adjoining walls. Almost felt like neighbors were talking in our room. Concept here is designed like a b+b without the breakfast.
Prince Rupert accommodation is ridiculously expensive for what you get. At least this place was quality for the price. We would stay here next year.

Les informations erronées du gérant au sujet des musées qui nous ont fait ajouter une nuit alors qu'il n'y a rien d'ouvert le lundi, la propreté moyenne, les souris dans le salon et la salle de bain, l'aspect vieillot du mobilier, le parking devant la fenêtre de la chambre et le bruit de la rue.

There is much potential in this property, but it is in serious need of cleaning services.
Pros:

We were a group of 4 ladies on a girls night out. The 2 bedroom apartment with a pullout couch in the living room was appealing to us.

Cons:

The property has a lot of potential and good set up with ease in checking in and out. However, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room as it was very apparent it is in need of a deep clean. A lot of dust and grime on surfaces, as well as handprints on walls. The base of the toilet was very dirty as well as the floor area in the bathroom. We watched a movie and prepared for bed at 11 pm when we noticed there was no bedding for the pullout couch. When we pulled out the couch I noticed there were sheets on the bed, but so much dirt was visible in exposed areas, i definitely didn’t trust the condition of the sheets and closed it up and just slept on top of the couch. I tried messaging to ask for pillows and bedding but it was too late and never got a reply till the morning. I would expect those items to be available in the room, never noticed there were no closets till it was too late. It was nice that they had filtered water available in the main lobby..however, the kitchen area down there was quite dirty as well.

Pros:

It's a different vibe than a hotel and it is unique and clean. It's like an airBNB but bettwr!

Cons:

Wifi was a little weak which was hard for laptop work, but is that really the wrost thing in our world??
