Quiet location, perfect for connections to rail and ferry; friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Reception desk staff extremely helpful and courteous. Location perfect for me as I was utilizing Via Rail and BC Ferries. Clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Not soundproof, lack of privacy
Pros:

Quieter residential area, modern amenities.

Cons:

Not at all soundproof nor ideal for privacy. Nearby local in town for medical reasons-- requested quiet quarters. Was given a room in 4 bedroom unit, directly next to kitchen, common area, and laundry machines. Loud European guests doing laundry right next to my room past 10pm, occupying common area noisily nearly all day, and loudly (above my room) preparing for their departure at 430 am.
Stayed many times in the past, likely never again. High price for lack of peace and privacy.

Für einen stop over mehr als komfortable, aber auch für mehrere Tage super. Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Geräumig, sauber. Ausstattung, Gebäude und Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktional und nicht schäbig und zu abgenutzt. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer, perfekt für 4 Erwachsene. Es gab alles, was man brauchte, auch in der Küche.

Cons:

Bad etwas sehr klein. Geschirrtuch und Spülmittel haben wir keines vorgefunden oder wir waren blind.
Parkplätze sind nicht so viele vorhanden.
Wenn nachts alle mit der Fähre kommen, kann es sein, dass man schauen muss, wo man sein Auto noch unterbringt. Der Betreiber war aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

We booked a queen bed. The room had it's own bathroom but you share kitchen and living room with 3 others. You hear.nsise from common areas in your room.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein neues oder neu renoviertes Zimmer, zwar relativ klein für zwei Personen, aber als Teil eines Appartementes war auch ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Küche dabei. Alles sehr sauber und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit (der Herr am Empfang scheint nie zu schlafen).

Es hat keinen öffentlichen Verkehr zum Fährhafen und zum Bahnhof, also immer Taxi

Les chambres sont propres . L'espace cuisine et la salle à manger collective permettent des rencontres et discussions avec d'autres visiteurs.

It was good, I would stay again.
Pros:

No breakfast was provided?
The location was convenient. I enjoyed the apartment style accommodation for common space to spend time together.

Cons:

Staff was decently helpful, but we had to move rooms and had to wait for check in which was inconvenient. The room we moved into had a bed that wasn’t as comfy and the bathroom was not as clean.

Pros:

Abbiamo dormito negli appartamenti, spaziosi e la cucina ben fornita

Cons:

Nulla da segnalare ma un consiglio per gli ospiti europei, sarebbe utile avere le istruzioni su come fare il caffè e le dosi da usare😀

Für 1 Nacht übernachten erträglich.
Pros:

Empfang war jedoch freundlich.
Für 1 Nacht erträglich. Lage gut, da in der Nähe der Fähre.

Cons:

Wir bekamen ein anders aussehendes Zimmer und zwar im Nebengebäude und nicht wie in der Abbildung bei der Buchung ersichtlich war im Hauptgebäude.
Der gemeinsame Zimmereingang führte zuerst durch eine gemeinsame Küche und von dort in 2 separate Zimmer, d.h. das Nebenzimmer wurde von einem anderen Gast bewohnt - speziell!
Der ganze Boden im ganzen Nebengebäude war total schräg und die Aussenfassade war ringsum in Metall gehüllt.
