Pros:

Great location and friendly staff

Cons:

The capsule was very light all the time and noisy from road.

Not great room if tall but that's a personal problem not their fault

Was ok, but:
Pros:

Not amazing by any means, but did the job for the money. Overall it was clean and location was good. I liked the large lockers to store luggage and valuables.

Cons:

Common area was grim. Lots of strange characters stay at this hotel, but I guess that's not the hotel's fault.

A woman in my dorm was eating her dinner at her locker on the floor which was a bit nasty and she made a mess, I guess they could check on whether guests follow the rules and not eat at the sleeping area.

Another thing they could improve is the amount of waste generated by using throwaway guest slippers every day and throwing them away each time you leave the hotel, also the plastic bags for shoes but at least there was the option to recycle these. they could maybe have shoe lockers somewhere to prevent so much waste.

とてもよかったと思います。
Pros:

部屋やトイレ、シャワー室などどこも清潔感があり、女性にはアメニティ給付もありとてもよかったです。宿代を抑えたい人や素泊まりで良い人などにはもってこいのホテルだと思います。駅からも遠くなく立地も良いと思います。東京に滞在する機会があればぜひまた利用したいと思いました。

安くて最高だが、その一方であまりに不条理だらけ
Pros:

安い、清潔、ロッカーが広い

Cons:

今現在二回目の利用中だが、総じて良いのだが、難点も多数ある。
１．意味不明なルール。エレベータを待つのに時間がかかるので、隣の階に階段で行こうとするも、バリケードで塞がれている。その一方で塞がれていない階もある。全く意味不明。
2. 二回目だと言ったら、各階のガイドをくれなかった。１回目の時にラウンジを利用した記憶があるので、「何階だったかな」と思うも、一切どこにも書いていない。エレベータの入口にもエレベータの中に何も書いていないのである。「あれするな、これするな」という張り紙はしつこいほどあるのに、各階案内はどこにもない。結局１階まで戻って、各階ガイドをもらう羽目になった。不便きわまりない。単にエレベータの中に各階ガイドを貼ればいい話なのに、そんな発想はないようで、細かい字で書いてある各階ガイドがあればいいだろという安易さ。
3. たまたま６階に喫煙所を見つけたが、後から各階ガイドを見ると、これは女性専用だという。その場所にそんなことは書いてないし、泊まった５階からは階段で行けるのに、５階の階段入口は塞がれている。なぜ女性専用なのか、なぜ塞がれているのか、全く意味不明。
4. シャワールームの階もどこにも書いておらず、やはり各階ガイドを見なければいけない。以前に利用したはずだが、完全に忘れている。こんなものは、エレベータの入口や中に貼っておけば簡単なはずだが、そんな発想はないらしい。利用者目線にたっていない。
5.その他、バリケードで塞がれている箇所が多数。３階ラウンジの手洗い場も塞がれており、持ち込み食事をする場合もわざわざ別の階に手を洗いに行かないといけない。トイレもだ。そしてまたエレベータを待つことになる。とても不便。
安くて清潔でロッカーも広く寝るだけなら最高なのだが、なぜこんなに「わざわざ」不便にしているのか?全く意味不明で理解できず、不条理と感じる。

トイレの張り紙として、「便器にタオルを流さないでください」というものがあった。しかし、こんなものは嫌がらせの類だろうから、張り紙をしたところで意味などないことがなぜわからないのだろうか？

シャワーとトイレは、不潔とは言えないが、古く、もう少し何とかしてほしいところだ。

少し暑くなったらあまり止まらない方がいいのかな？
Pros:

安くてロッカーがきちんとあって荷物おけて寝るだけで思うとすごく良い

Cons:

少し部屋が暑過ぎるのと乾燥が酷くて喉の乾きを覚える事が多かった、通路自体は快適な温度だからカーテンはほぼ開けぱなしで過ごした
