私個人としては快適な環境でした。
Pros:

宿泊費が安いだけでなく券売機で売ってるアメニティ等(タオルや歯ブラシなど無料の物もある。)も適切な値段で販売してたので良かったです。

Cons:

個人的には特にはなかったけど、人によっては騒音が気になるかも知れない。
