Good, but room for improvement.
Pros:

Nice breakfast (although must be rationing eggs as only 1 ever served) and no avacado or sausage available on 2 days of our stay)
Nice waitress serving breakfasts

Cons:

Room small as a double, shower not great (water temperature kept changing), dinner menu poor and really “pub-grub” in type rather than Hotel standard.
Bar staff turned off bar TV while golf on with no asking if we were watching. TV in room very poor. Didn’t get Sports channel.
Work in bedroom adjacent to ours going on which were unaware/uninformed of.

Great hotel in a central location. I’ll definitely be back.
Pros:

The staff were lovely, the bar was sparkling & the breakfast was amazing. Top quality produce & cooked perfectly, it was probably the best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel.😀

I enjoyed my short stay and will use the hotel on my next visit
Pros:

The breakfast was tasty however the Lorne Sausage and the tattie scones were the smallest I ever seen , the room was clean and comfy and I had a good quiet nights sleep ,The view from the hotel over the beach to the see was nice , spoilt only by the aircon and heating ducts outside my room window .

Cons:

Unfortunately, the weather was cold , damp and dark when I arrived, however it was sunny in the morning and the views looked lovely

Great one night stay.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, good choice. Comfortable bed. Good selection of beers in the bar.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit small but fine for one night. Live music (on a Saturday night when I was there), was heard softly in one of our rooms, nothing in the other (finished at 11:30) so if you don’t like live music maybe ask before booking.
