Прекрасное расположение прямо рядом с парком Гюльхане и Голубой Мечетью. Отличный, отзывчивый персонал, очень приветливые люди, готовые помочь по любому вопросу. Номер на редкость крайне, просто крайне просторный и удобный: есть отдельный стол для работы за ноутбуком, раскладной диван возле кровати, если хочется удобно усесться, вместительный шкаф и современный минималистичный интерьер, создающий для глаз ощущение спокойствия и уюта. За время проживания не заметил ни единого недостатка. Крайне советую.

Hidden gem located right in Istanbul centre.
Pros:

This place is a hidden gem.
It is located in a quiet back street within the busy Central shopping and culinary area of Istanbul.
The place is full of positive energy and the staff make sure your stay is exceptional.

Very nice and welcoming staff, location is good close to all historical places , cleaning was every day

Cons:

The room requires some maintenance, the bathroom is very old and moldy (the faucet in bathroom was a little bit broken, the fan is very old and sticky , the shower head was sticky too ), the walls are very thin and you can hear everyone around. Overall it’s doesn’t feel very comfortable

Náš príchod na hotel bol o 11 a bolo nám umožnené ubytovať sa skôr než bol oficiálny check-in. Skvelá a tichá lokalita blízko historického centra. Klimatizácia na izbe. Chutné raňajky. Možnosť nechať si v hoteli batožinu aj po odhlásení.

Cons:

Pleseň v kúpeľni. Izby by asi potrebovali rekonštrukciu. Zvláštne bolo vidieť pána recepčného spať na posteli v rohu jedálne počas podávania raňajok.

Wir bedanken uns an Herrn Ferit ganz herzlich wie er sich um uns gekümmert hat.

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral. Ideal für die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal super nett vorallem Herr Ferit, kümmert sich super um seine Besucher.. Wer keine große Erwartungen hat ist es super ideal.. Gehen auf wünsche ein und kümmern sich sofort. Die Reinigungsfee hat extra simit für unsere Kinder besorgt und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.

Cons:

Es gab kein Aufzug nicht geeignet für ältere Menschen. Möbel und Badezimmer (leichte schimmel im Badezimmer) stark abgenutzt aber dies wird bald neu saniert, daher empfehlen wir dieses hotel aufjedenfall.

Séjour très décevant du début à la fin.

Les photos de l’établissement sont particulièrement flatteuses. Dans la réalité, nous avons découvert des traces d’humidité dans la salle de bain, des joints noircis, des finitions abîmées et un niveau d’entretien très éloigné de ce que nous attendions.

L’isolation phonique est pratiquement inexistante. Nous entendions les conversations, les portes qui claquent et même les réveils des chambres voisines. À certains moments, nous avions réellement l’impression de partager la chambre avec les autres clients.

Le petit-déjeuner mérite également une mention spéciale. Si vous aimez le choix, passez votre chemin. Pour les boissons, c’est simple : café soluble, sachets de thé et lait en poudre. Si vous rêvez d’un chocolat chaud, de jus variés ou d’un vrai petit-déjeuner d’hôtel, il vaut mieux prévoir un plan B.

Les problèmes ne se sont malheureusement pas arrêtés à l’état de la chambre. Durant notre séjour, nous avons subi une coupure d’eau. Aucune information ne nous a été communiquée concernant d’éventuels travaux ou interruptions prévues. Lorsque l’eau est finalement revenue, elle était noire pendant un certain temps. C’est probablement la première fois de ma vie que j’hésite avant d’ouvrir un robinet dans un hôtel.

Mais le plus décevant reste la gestion des problèmes signalés. Chaque remarque semble être minimisée ou contestée. Nous avons quitté l’établissement 1 jour avant puisque l’hôtel a signaler à booking que nous nous sommes pas présentés à cette réservation avec le sentiment que nos préoccupations n’étaient jamais réellement prises au sérieux.

Pour couronner le tout, alors que je demandais simplement des explications concernant mon séjour, j’ai été filmé sans mon consentement.

Je voyage régulièrement et il s’agit de l’une des expériences hôtelières les plus décevantes que j’ai connues à ce jour. Au vu de mon expérience personnelle, je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement.
