Pros:

房间面积可以，有冰箱有空调，适合一家人居住。离圣索非亚大教堂非常近。房东也很友善，乐于助人。周边吃的很多，适合多住几日慢慢探索。

Maksat İstanbulu gezmek ise, burası konaklamak için, yeterli
Pros:

Tesisin konumu çok iyi. Sadece bir kaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde Marmararay, Tramvay , iskeleler... ve ister yürüyüş yaparak, ister bir , iki durak tramvay ile Ayasofya ve Sultanahmet Camii'lerine varılır. Mısır Çarşısı ve Mahmutpaşa semti, yürüme mesafesinde. Gülhane Parkı hemen yanı başında.

Ben iki kişi gördüm. Sanırsam Karı Koca işletiyorlar. İkisi de çok kibar ve yardımsever.
Hergün sordular, bir sorun var mı, bir ihtiyacınız var mı diye.

İlk gün 1. Kattan Oda vermişlerdi.
İlk başta çok detaylı bakamadım. Ama biraz kalınca rutubetli ve karanlık geldi. Bir de o odada halı vardı. Sanırsam ıslak sildiler, o da rutubetti artırıyor. Diğer katlarda ki odalar aynı mı diye sorunca, onlar, bakabilirsiniz dediler. Baktım, hiç sorun çıkartmadan Odayı deşiştirebildim.

O Oda daha aydınlık. Rutubetti yoktu. Yerler Laminat. 11 gün için, rahat ettim.

Kliması vardı ve güzel çalışıyordu.

Üçretsiz Wireless.

Oda Anahtarı bazı başka otelde ki gibi, sürekli resepsiyona vermek zorunda değildim.

Bence maksat İstanbulu gezmek ise, burası konaklamak için, yeterli.

Cons:

Genelde her şey biraz yıpranmış. Ve çok temiz görünmüyor. Çalışan Kadın, temizlik yapıyordu ama bence her köşeye yetmiyor gücü.
Mini bar ilk girdiğimde çok kirli di. Temizlemelerini rica ettim. Yaptılar sağ olsunlar. Su ısıtıcı yoktu Oda da.
Havlular ve çarşaflar temiz ama çok yıpranmış. Delikleri vardı, bazı günler...

Birinci katta yerler halı olması, bence hiç avantajlı değil. Laminat yapılırsa, oda daha ferah olur. Ve Odada eski bir Kanepe vardı. Bence gerek yok. Çok yer kaplıyor.

Very small room, but everything needed. Could do with some love i.e. no toilet cover, some loose fittings, stained furniture

Pros:

The staff was very kind. The location is excellent. The sheets and towels were very clean. However, we overlooked the negatives because we got the room price on offer.

Cons:

The hotel definitely needs renovation. There is no elevator. The furniture is quite old. The bed mattress was not very comfortable. If you get a good deal on the price, the room was suitable for a night's sleep.

A budget stay in Sultanahmet area
Pros:

A small inexpensive hotel in a close proximity to Sirkeci train station, which is very convenient if you have an early flight from the SAW airport, and close to all tourist attractions of the Sultanahmet area. The neighbourhood is nice and very touristic, lots of cafes and restaurants around. The hotel is rather old, you should not expect much. The room i was offered was not big, but it was clean and quite ok for my short stay. The street was a bit noisy, but it didn't troble me much. At night it was quiet. The bed was comfortable, the shower was working well. The host Giorgy was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Overall, a nice short stay!

Cons:

there is no elevator, so be ready to use the stairs which are rather narrow. But the host will be there to help! The hotel rooms need renovations, but for the price it was ok!
